bottle pocket is a handy feature, although my bottles are short and fat so it is a bit tricky to wiggle it in there. The change mat is simple to pull out and has a nice amount of padding. The clip on my shoulder strap broke in the first 3 weeks of using it. I got on the website and emailed [name removed] about what happened and she responded the same day. I had a replacement strap within a week and didn't have to worry about returning the broken strap which was convenient when you have a newborn bub! I love this stylish bag - it suits my needs perfectly.

gorgeous owl wet bag - it's so cute yet practical! This bag fits nappies, wipes, blanket, change of clothes, toys, bottle plus all of my things (wallet, phone, makeup, shirt etc) without looking bulky and with plenty of room to spare.

I also love the internal key clip - I never need to rummage through my bag to find my keys again!
