Can I use this oven as a convention of is it fan force only. If it can be used as a convention oven what display features do I use.
Can I use this oven as a convention oven or is it fan focred only? If convention what diplay buttons do I use?
Brand new oven, cooks unevenly. Pastry undercooked. Roast chicken undercooked in centre of tray and burnt on edge of tray. Followed cooking instructions in manual.
I would like to know why this is happening. Bosch offered to send a technician but if they don't find a fault I have to pay. This is not a user friendly oven especially for older people.

Hi, my new Bosch HBF133BS0A oven works great except the glass is hot to touch on the outside. Is there any reason why this is happening? We have two of them side by side and it's a concern how hot the outside glass is getting with children around.

Temperature of the oven doesn't appear to be reaching the degrees shown when Tested with an internal oven thermometer . Any suggestions?
