Oven is nice looking & I’m happy with it except for a couple of small issues which after buying it others had mentioned too. The main reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is due to supplying 2 trays & only 1 rack. It would have been more sensible to have 2 racks & 1 tray. You can buy them but I haven’t priced it but others say they’re expensive. The dials can be a bit hard to read & the function dial is quite stiff (maybe a childproof thing)? I do like how both dials push in for a sleek look. It cooks ok but doesn’t seem to be as hot as my Ilve. It’s been easy to clean tho we don’t use it a lot. I would recommend this oven.

With a $2500 price tag I’m very disappointed with this oven. Only came with 1 proper rack - had to purchase an additional one. The flat tray and roasting tray are terrible to clean and definitely not non stick. Uneven results when baking & for oven fries. The temperature is not evenly distributed through oven no matter what setting I use. My cheaper Baumatic oven was much better. Regret this purchase and definitely don’t recommend.
