Bosch once again proving their amazing quality – The oven is amazing and I cant find fault with it. Prior to this oven I had a Series 4 pyrolytic oven which for 5 years was used 40-60 hours a week, every single week for a baking business. Despite being used on a commercial scale it lasted. over the old model are definitely noticed. The quality and accuracy is extremely high, the technology and features are great and the service and quality you get is the best by far at this price range.

Preheating is so quick, the temperate accuracy is incredible, cleaning is effortless, regardless how dirty you get the oven it will clean itself and all you need to do is wipe the burnt dust (if any) left with a damp paper towel. Internal temperature probe is awesome and the digital temperature display is so much easier then the old analogue nobs.

If I could afford too I would go for a Siemens or Miele but from all the reviews and research I've done, Bosch seem to offer the same quality at a lower price. If you want something that will last and work exactly as its meant to then I would absolutely recommend this oven or even the series 4 lower model.

Disappointing is an understatement – Purchased in August 2019 in a sale, but didn’t install until October 2019. Rarely use, in the last 2weeks attempted a roast and just isnt reaching temperature meat is raw.
