In the off chance there are any of these lemons floating around, be warned. We bought this oven in late 2020, I was initially leery of the touchscreen display (why, on a kitchen appliance meant for daily use?). In the 4 years we've owned this thing we've had: 3 service callouts to recalibrate the display, which goes out of whack every few months 1 $600 service callout to replace a faulty temperature control unit which was causing the oven to go into runaway heating till it shut down. This latest service call has also led to the top grill being on ALL THE TIME regardless of selected function, which is awesome. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Called Bosch again only to be told they would book another service call and we will indeed be charged again to service this piece of junk. We can't even find out how much the service will cost, and we will have a non-functioning oven for another 3 weeks until they can get out here. At this point, having already spent close to 20% of the purchase price on this thing, I'd recommend anyone looking for an oven to go anywhere except Bosch.

I even have not start cooking with it – I just had this oven installed and going through reading and experimenting some non cooking functions... First, I would like to stress that it is not very informative to have only one review here for it and a very negative one with no other specs. I understand that even with the 'best products' one of them may be very disapointing for various reasons. I have much relied on "product review" to guide my purchases or read about them. Although I understand that if only one person writes a review about a product, this is only what is available but in this case it's not helpful... So I had to look a little more elsewhere. Winnings has 142 reviews for it and perhap 99% quite good to very good ones. I just bought this one heavilly discounted <AU$ 1000 (as discontinued, I believe). Bought it from the Good Guys and delivered and installed the next day (in less than 1/2 hours!) They were kind enough to print me an A4 manual for it! All seems quite good but I had a little trouble with the rotary selector being not very responsive when I 'reached' for the reviews. Luckilly one was specific about it and even had a fix! That is you slip you nail behind it to pop it up , you can clean it with a tissue or cotton bud! I did it and it made a huge difference; but yes it is ommitted in the manual. So my stars rating is only 3 and so my other rating as it is far too early for me to give a fair rating (product review should have options for these rating ie 'too early to tell' (TETT!) . I may return to improve it, although with a discontinued product it may not be useful. I could not get the self timmer loud enough . But I keep my finger crossed to join the 99% fo satisfied customers.

ADDIT: After a little 'manual' reading we got the gist of it. We've done a few cooking with it and are very happy with the result. It is still early to get a full appreciation. But given the discount we got I think we've done well.

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $997.

Not reliable at all – We purchased this Oven (HRG6767S2A/35) in 2018 for installation as part of our kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, due to delays in the renovations, we could start using it late 2019. At the beginning of 2021 time setting (clock) the touch-screen on the Oven became unresponsive. Unfortunately, even though the Oven has only been in use less then 2 years, it is outside of its warranty because of the physical purchase date. Regardless of this however, you would expect that for an Oven "Made in Germany" the touchscreen would last a little longer than a couple of years! Since then the touchscreen rapidly started to deteriorate. More functions became unavailable.. I can not express how disappointed we are in this product. I called Bosch and consequently a technician called and advised that to replace the control touchscreen + replacement costs + visit itself will cost us around $800... It looks like we will be better off to buy another oven of different brand. I would strongly urge you NOT to purchase this oven.

Purchased at Harvey Norman.
