Have used Brar Roofing last time for a roof restoration and been very happy. So ask them to do a minor repair for broken tiles and loose ridge cap. After seeing the photos of roof, JB called and explained that my ridge cap is done using "butter ridge" method instead of typical overlap method. He was patient to explain there was underlined issue:… Read more
the whole butter ridge (connect end to end) would likely to continue to slide due to pointing deterioration, and would require many follow up repairs in coming years. He would still be happy to do the minor repair just rebedding the loose ridge cap, and leave me to decide way to repair.
After many researches, we found this was indeed common issue for butter ridge, and decide to do the property repair of repointing and seal the ridge cap gap. Happy with the results, and Brar Roofing attention to detail and honest approach was much appreciated.

They did a great job on my roof. They pressure washed the tiles and did repointing, the roof now looks just like new. They were honest, quick, reliable and easy to communicate with. Couldn’t be more happier.
Roof leaks are way over their head – We had a leaky back veranda roof and we still have, after Brar have come and gone. Brar were surprisingly cheap and the reviews were convincing. If it’s in their scope - replace panels, clean gutters, etc they are fine. But they don’t understand the management and flow of water on a roof, and in the gutter. After several weeks we presented a… Read more
possible solution and asked them to requote on the flashing but they ignored it. They didn’t take into account the two ends of our roof that had to be specially measured and ordered.
At first we called them four times and they didn’t respond. When we said “it won’t go away”, they came back and did a patchup job with silicone. Lots. Then it leaked again. We offered them many opportunities to respond over a number of weeks - but nothing. Ghosted.
Brar are inexperienced and do not have a clue on how to deal with leaks.
Excellent job – I needed what I thought were a few broken roof tiles replaced. Brar came out and checkked the whole roof ad found more problems. They sent me photos with the quote which I accepted. They were thorough and meticulous in their work and even cleaned all the gutters. I would recommend them absolutely. Show details
Excellent Roof tile cleaning and painting – I found Brar Roofing folks to be very professional and friendly and most importantly they took my stress out of the job. They did it in 2 days first day roof tile cleaning and gutter cleaning then second day painting and they ensured nothing happened to the render. I would highly recommend them if you need roof tiles to be cleaned and coloured. Their cost is reasonable and I am happy with their work.
Roofing confidence – Restored a 40+ year old roof to almost new, reasonably priced,no money paid until job finished and everyones happy, team even cleaned fence while waiting for roof to dry, highly recommended with confidence,Cheer’s Krusty.
