Terrible!! Do not buy Braun / Gillette – Terrible service. The ACCC has issued a product recall due to risk of electrocution. Braun / Gillette were contacted 1 month ago and have done nothing to respond. They have asked the same questions repeatedly (model number etc) even though his has previously been supplied to them. The risk is Electric Shock! Not a small matter and these people don't even bother to rectify the situation.

So, unless you have plenty of money to spend on refill cartridges, the Freeglide system is pointless. Foils and cutter shave well, (same as every other Braun with this type of foil). Shaving conditioner makes for a pleasant shave - before it's all gone. Not sure if it's just my unit, but the side-burn trimmer did not cut hair at all from day one. The Shaving Conditioner is great, but it runs out VERY quickly and can only be replaced with genuine Braun, (expensive) refill cartridges. Braun have gone to great lengths to make sure that you can't refill it yourself. My foils/cutter only last about 6 months and are expensive to replace.
