Good job only for legs – It does it's job on the legs but it too rough for anywhere else it just rips into the skin.... It has only one speed it may explain the problem.

Really painful – I have just bought one of these and wish I hadn't. Used it for the first time and it was really painful and my legs are covered in a rash.

Its ok – It removes hair from the roots and its effective. But for some people doesn't work who have sensitive skin. I wont recommend for pubic hair but underarms can be used but very carefully holding the skin. But hurts a lot. If can tolerate the pain then its very useful.

Just okay – The price is affordable but can't really guarantee good quality. I would recommend a higher version of the product, from the same line for the full effects. The price was definitely worth it though. Hair pulling is just meh... can't really say much about it. For those who want an epilator, choose something different.

Braun is now my absolute favourite – I was very very dissatisfied after purchasing an Emjoi Body Bare Ulitimate Epilator I returned the product to Good Guys and received a credit, no questions asked. Well done Good Guys. I used the credit to purchase a Braun Silk epil 7 . Cost a fair bit more but it was money well spent. I have used epilators for over 30 years and owned many… Read more

different brands. This Braun model is by far the best of the lot. It really lives up to the manufacturers claims and does everything really well. There are lots of different attachments for different body parts. The Braun charges in 1 hour instead of the 4 hours for the Emjoi and it lasts for 40 minutes. It is great. I am happy now.

I'd give it 4 1/2 stars – I was somewhat surprised at the previous review as I have found the Silk-epil 1 to be very good. Sure it may miss some hairs and some break off but I had exactly the same issue when waxing. At least the Silk-epil is always ready to use so it's no problem to plug it in and whisk away the missed or regrown hairs and all without the mess and fuss… Read more ·  1

of preparing and cleaning up when waxing. I've been using it on my underarms and bikini area as well as lip and chin with excellent results, just hold the skin taut and it's fine. When I first used it I expected serious pain after reading many reviews of this and similar products but was pleasantly surprised when it was, while not entirely painless, at least far from agonizing but that may be because I've been waxing. Easy to use. Bought on sale so the price was very good. No mess, no fuss.

Very basic going to replace it! – I have used this epilator 4 times now. It does remove hair but it also breaks hair and misses a lot. I didn't realize when I bought it , that is wasn't cordless, so it's not convenient you have to be near a power point. After each shave I got a rash, especially around bikini area and underarm.I paid $65 and wish I could return it. Didn't realize… Read more

that it is Braun's basic range, also it is hard to maneuver over shins. Disappointed overall. Compact size Over priced
