My Braun silk-epil 7 is working, charging all parts are moving normally, But it is not ACTUALLY shaving with the shaving attachment when used on hair.
Does anyone get poor shave results.i can never get a smooth shave .Am I doing something wrong.

After 1 hr of continuous use, my as started epilator makes strong sound when turned ON. Do i not have to worry or write to Braun?
My epilator is producing a different sound than normal, like something stuck or dry. Then i read the booklet, its written there to lubricate it after 3 months. Its been 8 months m Using it. Can someone tell me which lubricant??
I have never used oil but when mine started making strange noise it seized up up not long after and when repairer undid the head it was jammed with hair he cleaned it oiled it but it was no good so I ordered new head he told me to undo head and clean out every few months which I do but I have never oiled it but if I I must read booklet again I don’t remember that in mine but it is couple years old so mayb it’s something they have added with newer models use WD40
I bought braun epil 7 wet and dry yestersday and used it today. After using it for 20 mins it produces a strange sound like sparking sound. Is it normal or is there any problem with my product? Plz help
Sounds like you need to contact the supplier straight away! I wouldn't use it as mine doesn't make any strange noises like that....
Mine has never done that, just hums along nicely. Is anything stuck in the head? Long hair or anything that would impede operation?
After charging it, it doesn't start. Then it flicks to red again. 18 months old. Any ideas?
Hi. I had mine for about 5 years and never had a problem like that. I'd say it's a battery. Why don't u ask Braun about it?
Which epilator is safest for facial hairs and have no side effects afterward?
