Can I use this WOK FOR DEEP FRYING?

I can't see why not. If you can deep fry in a steel wok this one should be ok as well. Just make sure you leave it long enough to heat up.

Hi

I have just purchased a Breville BEW 300 electric wok and find it hard to turn the temp adjustment.

While it's cooking I have difficulty moving the control at all
