Poor quality! – We’ve had this kettle for around two years & the plastic on the top of the lid has cracked & has a hole developing. I contacted Breville & sent photos & have received a email response today saying it was outside their warranty but in a “goodwill” gesture they would offer me 40% off a new kettle. Heck, I can probably go down to our local mall & source one for the same “generous” (not) discount in the sales. Why would I buy Breville again when the quality is so poor? Not happy Breville!
