Most likely the cartridge has been incorrectly labeled by the manufacturer or retailer.
How do I change the bulb?

Hi Gina it is perfect for all kinds of printing even pictures.I am pursuing another one on line as soon as they are available. Out of stock at the moment.I use mine for educational purposes so it does a lot of work.
