Bumble doesn't issue refunds, even if you use the app only 15 days but purchased a subscription for 90 days, they wont issue a refund, and they don't even prorate the days you used the app. They don't even give a reason why they deactivate your account, so some lying person could make things up and report you. Downloaded the app. Paid the money. App continually freezes. A terrible experience. Took hours to communicate with prospective dates as the app freezes after typing a few words. It creates a frustrating experience where you are repeatedly nudged to upgrade rather than genuinely enjoy the app.

Overall, Bumble comes across as more of a pay-to-play service than a meaningful platform for connection. Between the intrusive location requirements, the steep costs, and the restricted functionality, it fails to provide a safe, accessible, or worthwhile experience.

Bumble is in the business to make money. They use old profiles that aren’t around any more. They seem to have a lot of phantom members not verified and scammers. I would say they control your messages and want you to pay more money. Online dating is hard enough. I have been doing it for 12 years.
