What a rip-off I was on Bumble a few years ago and didn't have to pay for a subscription, I don't want to pay to meet someone, I have lost so many likes and conversations with men but I'm determined not to pay I can go to the pub and probably meet someone and at least I'll be having a good time but I don't have the confidence to walk in a pub on my own I'm sure you've lost a lot of clients trying to find love, don't join this dating site

One of my female friends committed suicide because of the online sexual harassment she kept getting. Not saying its bumbles fault - its men and society, but it should be better regulated here.

Bumble claims it has strong systems to ensure authenticity but there are scammers who have passed the systems. When I reported this I got the usual blah blah about steps they take but it's not working. its competitors. So far have not encountered any fake profiles. Have encountered PLENTY of men who have swiped right on me based 100% on my cover pic, rather than having read my profile & what I'm interested or not interested in. And the number of middle-aged men wanting FWB/ONS/casual, poly or straight out to cheat on their partners is pretty damn alarming & disheartening. But the app is hardly to blame for that. I like that the power to make first contact is left with the woman; a sad but perhaps not unrealistic or necessary safety feature. As for all the comments re matches being 24 hours, you do know there's the option to extend &/or re-match with someone, right? And if you find profiles devoid of content or any way of getting a sense of someone (which seems to be 80%+ of the male profiles I see), then that's on the profile maker, not the app. /end rant.

Its a nightmare. Matches, messages ect disappear after 24hrs if you havent replied. Does Bumble actually think that their paying customers have no life and commitments. Surely 72hrs would be more appropriate and user friendly. Show details

of the location radius I had chosen. Some weeks I didn’t see any new profiles. Hence I was shocked to see the price of Premium has gone up to $79 a month and no new benefits to justify the increase. I don’t trust Bumble any more and don’t recommend it.

Bumble is in the business to make money. They use old profiles that aren’t around any more. They seem to have a lot of phantom members not verified and scammers. I would say they control your messages and want you to pay more money. Online dating is hard enough. I have been doing it for 12 years.

Joined Bumble and paid for a month. Got chatting to two potential dates and then all of a sudden, chat just stopped and I'm getting no more likes, probably because they wanted me to be sucked in to pay more.

Bumble is dishonest. That's a fact. I got banned for no reason. I'm not an abusive person. I've been on many sites over the years without any problems. Then suddenly I'm banned and my subscription cancelled. No reason given. I know i did nothing wrong. Bumble will offer no feedback, no indication of why it banned me, and no refund. literally the worst customer service if you ever need it. they respond once a day, and each time is to ask for more information even though you've already given them all of it. they spend 3 days verifying your information, before they can even begin to help you.

Appears to be a scam. It wasn't free, as had to pay a fee to make conversation. About one or two days after paying $64.99 I was unable to login to the site. Bumble was very fake & didn't help me to get back in & just ignored my email messages. I've read it on many reveiws now, that they take your money which I didn't gety to benifit, then pervented me from loggin in. inactive users are still a problem, unlike on Datemio, where verification keeps things real. Unless you enjoy waiting around for nothing, I’d skip Bumble and try a better alternative. Disappointing, to say the least.

instead my concerns were met with generic responses that failed to address the problem or provide any real assistance. Subsequently Bumble lost a customer. A customer who will tell others about the dissatisfactory service.

Additionally, Bumble team demonstrated a disturbing lack of awareness—or outright disregard—for customer rights under Australian Consumer Law. I was also denied acknowledgement that despite the fact that the service I paid for was faulty and inaccessible. Refusing to acknowledge that the app failed to deliver its promised functionality is unacceptable for any business, especially one that operates at scale.

At this point, I no longer have confidence in Bumble as a trustworthy platform, a company who takes no accountability.
