Canon Pixma MG5350 Questions

I am unable to get my MG 5350 to print black. I have tried to photo copy, it won't work, I have tried to print off computor the black won't print but colour will and yet I have been able to print off a photo which has black colour in it. Need help.!!

cannon may have fixed the problem on the newer models .. I would also keep away from Epson .. not many make dvd/cd printers now .. best idea is to google a review of each model you are looking at ,,

hi, cannon have their own photo software,and you can ajust the tray for 5 x 7, cheers bob

Has anyone had their MG5350 printer refuse to turn on?

Have tried unplugging and different power socket with no luck.

Haven't had it that long either (roughly 2 to 3 years) with intermittent use approximately once a month.

Yeah, same thing has just happened to me at the same age of printer. It eventually turned on and told me to see the service agent. Into the wheely bin it went.

Won't be buying another Canon.
