The printer has recently started printed blurry. I've replaced cartridges, performed cleaning routines but the blurriness persists. Any ideas how to fix?

How can I buy a replacement disk tray for my Canon MG 7560 printer? Regards, Rob Davy

I have a canon MG7560 - its been good for a couple of years - but keeps saying it is out of paper when it isnt. Have cleaned it with the software facility, and physically all the rollers, and updated the driver etc and it still has a problem with the paper feed at the back? Any suggestions coz i do like the printer quality.

Hi, I have a Canon MG7560 Printer. This printer has no mechanical push buttons at all, they only appear as needed by the printer. I need to put it into Service Mode and to do this the STOP button must be pressed when switched off but of course it's off. How do I put it into Service Mode?

MG 7560 says the paper output tray is closed and so won’t print. The output tray is open! Mentions support code 1250

Canon MG7560 is out of Grey Ink. I understand that there is a way to operate it without the grey. Can anyone help please ?

Why all of a sudden do I have a support code 1403 flash up & I can’t use the printer. I’ve replaced the ink & turned the printer off many times put nothing works.

Yes that is what happened to mine. The only way to fix it is to replace the printhead, but it pretty much needs to go to a service agent for that. Not worth the cost or the bother. Do yourself a favour and buy a new printer.... Preferably not Canon.

Hi,

I've had this printer less than 12 months and was doing ok, then today it says error print head is the wrong one, please replace with the correct print head.

Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do?

i haven't had this happen but i suggest switching off the printer and rebooting it, if the message still comes up.see if you can use the printer utilities to do a calibration and also clean the print heads.

I think the print head is built in to the cartridge with Canon printers. Did you try replacing the Cartridge?

Yes i had the same problem and tried everthing including replacing the 3 cartridges that showed low ink. I have only ever used Canon cartridges too. Once you get this error take my advice and chuck the printer and buy a different brand.

Similar issue. Printer keeps telling me I have the wrong printhead installed. Nothing has worked despite repeated boots, lifting the cover and then turning it on etc. Is it a faulty printhead or something more sinister?
