supple and it just keeps going night after night. I just read some of the other negative reviews on this site and can only suggest they are fake. When you contact the Cardio Tech people for anything, you get a real down to earth local answering the phone and they are fully engaging and cant do enough for you. We treat our visitors to the chair as well.... especially the ones that talk too much... within half an hour they are asleep ... LOL

Is ok, leather peeling though – Bought it 2nd hand. The only thing wrong is it needs a new remote, it all works but I just need a new remote as the wires are exposed. Can someone please contact me about getting a new remote and buy a new pillow piece for the head. Show details

using it. I really love the adjustable heater on my back and waist and even the sound system is great. I've had very good after sales service from the guys at Cardiotech as well. Friendly, supportive and wanting to help me as best they can. More than satisfied...

cardiotech – Totally agree, no installation supplied, chair stopped functioning after 1 year, 5 technician visits and still problems, warranty useless, cardiotech withdrew from fixing chair. Don't deal with them their chairs are crap.

Not worth a cent – They rip u off by charging extra for the massage chair. Delivery men dropped it on the concrete 4-5x and the co couldn't of cared less. complaint, they booked a service call for me on their tablet-no response, after 4 weeks I returned & they redid the request at fortnightly intervals for 8 weeks & I told the staff they had not responded.I finally went to another Representative at another shopping mall, where I explained that this had been going on for more than a year, and that I had no intention of purchasing a $5,000 chair when they do not repair what I already had. The lady rang them up immediately & I got a scheduled service call. I had to pay for repairs to the tune of $160 call out fee + $300 for parts. This on an item with 5 year warranty! I should have bought a new one with another company & did an ACCC complaint against them. Ask around about their service, I wouldn't buy anything off them again.

Extremely disappointed – When we purchased Cardio Tech massage chair the sales person promised us that it was a genuine leather. It was also printed in the brochure that the material was genuine leather. After two years it started to crack and to my disappointment we discovered that it wasn't. for value especially with the extra warranty! Technical improvements for future chairs that I would recommend is; more comfortable/bigger headrest (not a real issue though as can just put a thin pillow behind the head, and definitely rolling foot massagers. Would definitely be worth paying extra for! But love the chair as it is!!! Had many friends and family stay the night because they fall asleep in it!

the market. This chair not only massages my aches and pains and relieves me of the stiffness from them but it also has heat pads that help to lessen the inflammation on my old injuries too. Life is getting so much better for me now. The cardiotech sales people were very efficient and helpful and the delivery guy was great showing me the programs and settings when he set it up for me too. Definitely a thumbs up from me. Really works great and looks good too.

first few days of using the chair. The massage rollers really seem to get in to my aching muscles and joints soothing them so much I find it hard to leave my chair. They delivered the chair on the day promised and went through the programs and helped us set it up how we wanted. Very professional service and after 6 months we have worked out exactly the settings we need to get the most out of it. Have rung up cardio tech a few times about which setting to put it on as I'm not that gadget friendly and always receive good and helpful advice. They are very patient with me. Best thing I have bought in years. Great product and a source of relief for back pain.
