**SCAM** Avoid this company at all costs Avoid this company at all costs! I purchased a tens machine over 3 weeks ago and they sent it via Aramex who are a scam courier company that almost always loose or steal the packages. done believe me? google the reviews! so the item has gone missing and I have spent weeks trying to contact CareMax to fix the problem or cancel my order, but they never answer the phone, refuse to call me and keep replying to my emails with what seem to be AI generated responses. they are basically stalling and refusing to process a refund. so far this purchase has turned out to be a nightmare experience and I have lost $165 that I am now trying to get back. Would nor recommend this to anyone!

This little machine is extraordinary! It arrived yesterday. The range of functions and settings provide all sorts of treatment options. I just ordered another one for my partner who won’t give mine back. (He has chronic shoulder and back pain.)

Brilliant personal health tens machine – This tens machine is a must for anyone wanting to speed up minor muscle soreness and general twinges. Have used this for years for cricket injuries and it’s a must have. It’s the easiest tens to use and the battery lasts forever. The pads last way longer than suggested. I swear by these as a 59 year old after being treated at the physio several times and paying $100 per consultation only to have a tens placed around the injury. It’s a no brained at only $89…… but one!!
