auditing. This happened last year, and until today, I have never heard from them. Why collect my personal and private information if you are not ready for employment.

Good environment to work – Friendly staff and caring directors, good place to work with.

Atrocious – Atrocious. The first carer they sent told me in no uncertain terms "Your Not That bad, I think you can do plenty yourself, I won't clean for you but I'll tell you what to do". completely understand and support that apparently. Now I sit here typing this whilst waiting waiting waiting for the carer that was supposed to be here at 10:30AM to take me to a function I'd bought tickets for. It's 12.23PM.

Aside from the fact the carers themselves are useless, rude, condescending fools (whom haven't even finished the cert II in Social Work I'm told) the management barely respond and when they do its 5 hours later and Obviously they don't pass the instructions down the line to their carers.

Don't bother with the asinine replies espousing how it's not your fault and excuse excuse excuse. Own the fact your utterly useless and either need to shape up or shut shop.

Thankfully this review will be here forever so if you don't change people will know. But I won't. Your Sacked.

Great workplace – I have worked for this company for about an year, and I can say it is one of the most fair and friendly places to work in. The staff always cooperate to deliver the best experience possible to the clients.

Lovely Company to Work With – I have been working with this company for about 4 months now. All my co-workers are very friendly and helpful when I get stuck with work related matters. I feel like we are one big family.

The best service providers – Caring Approach are service providers for people who need a little help with jobs they can't do on their own. I have always found my carers to be so helpful. They are happy, obliging and all go above and beyond to fulfill my needs. I have tried other service providers and they don't even come close to the wonderful ladies at Caring Approach.

Terrible company – Don't work for them they try not to pay u and they will do injury to u i hurt my neck from this company I'm on work insurance because of them absolutely horrible company no training at all I'm going to sue this company what they did to me see them in court yep my solicter dealing with them now

Unreliable, lacking in integrity – My son is an NDIS recipient and we had help with cleaning from Caring Approach, Hornsby for three months recently. The worker, X, cleaned reasonably, but not with what and the way I asked. She thought it acceptable to arrive up to half an hour earlier or later than the appointment time without informing us; she would cancel at very short notice… Read more

Then, one week, when I sent her an SMS to ask if she was able to come a day later the next week (6 days in advance) I received no reply from her, or any answer to an email I sent to the office. After 4 days I sent another SMS and again there was no answer. (She had sent and replied to texts in the past.) On the day that I had asked her to come, I phoned the office to be told that yes, she was rostered to be here at 10.30 that morning. She did not arrive so I again phoned the office and spoke to Y, who said she would call me back when she had checked. One and a half hours later, Y called to say that she had spoken to X who had had to do something with her grandchildren. Y said that she had told X that this was not good enough etc. The following day Y called at my home and reiterated what she had said on the phone the day before. The following week X came, 25 minutes late, and denied all knowledge of the previous week's events and was not at all apologetic. She said she had had no conversation at all with Y the previous week. I then spoke to Y who also said the conversations with me did not take place on that day as she 'was not at work on that day'!! She did seem to admit that she had tried to phone X (not sure when) but had got no answer. I terminated the arrangement with the agency.
