Caroma Quatro Hand-held Shower

Looks great but cheap junk – I paid an additional $302.00 to have a Caroma Quatro Shower rail (hand-held shower) installed in my new home. I wasn't able to see the complete shower before installation so I was disappointed to find that the hose and shelf which is fixed to the rail is made of plastic. The shelf had two hooks at the front, one of which broke off on the 5th or 6th use. I had to replace the hose because it was sooo frustrating to use ... it had a life of its own ... wouldn't sit flush with the wall which made it hard to use and to get the shower head to fit back back into the bracket. I replaced the hose with a flexible metal hose which causes no problems except that it falls out of the bracket. I suppose I would have to pay an inflated price for a caroma hose that might stay in he bracket. Very disappointed!
