Love our ice bath + sauna set up. Aesthetically, they are beautiful and create such an amazing zen health space in our home. Functionally they are outstanding and of great quality materials - we use our combo daily and feel incredible. Every interaction with sales & service has been faultless. Ice Bath is Niseko size Lux. my wife and I. I had been doing cold showers for about 12 months prior to getting the ice bath and wasn’t if it would get used but I must say that I love it.
The quality of the ice bath is excellent. I had the “white glove” service as part of the package but given I live in the country this was going to delay the delivery so I opted to assemble the ice bath myself. The instructions were very good and it was a very simple process.
The only suggestion I will give is to make sure you get the right size bath. I am 175cm and 80kg and mine is just the right size for me. I had a mate try it out and he is 185cm and 95kg and he struggled to fit in.
All is all a great product from a great company. Highly recommended.

The Niseko Ice Bath is amazing. The chiller gets the temperature down to 3 degrees and we use it daily. The stainless steel lining keeps the water cold for a long period of time meaning less energy to keep cooling it down. Having the app on the phone allows for remote controlling so it can be set to the desired temperature for when you home from a long day or hard workout. Show details · 1

ability to pre set my ice bath so it starts cooling down before I get in there is incredible!! It’s easy to clean, simple to drain and refill. Great product , ive had the ice bath for about 1 month. set up was really Easy Took around 7hrs to chill water down from 24 deg to 10 on initial set up . Ice bath is as expected , good quality and works very well. Maintains temp between 13 to 10 deg when chiller scheduled to come on for 2hrs every 12hrs.
