people can tick for goodness sake to opt in or out for a signature — like a normal company. Or if you absolutely feel you have to require a signature then have it in obvious writing at the check out, so customers can PLAN accordingly and be informed.

Not keep it to yourself, then when the customer has no idea their parcel gets sent back for being at post office, CHARGE THEM MORE MONEY to have it resent

It gets even better… if you opt to not pay them more money simply for principal and tell them to keep the product and refund at this point, they charge you double that amount and deduct it off your refund!

You end up with NO product, time wasted on a nightmare experience, and $25 spent on…. absolutely nothing?

No thanks. I’d rather work with ANY other company who puts their customers first over charging them extra money, for their own mistake in the first place (not informing the customer there is a signature required on the parcel). Not to mention the ICK of basically trapping your customers to a position of owing you more money, refusing to refund on a product that you bought but they have in their possession unless they deduct a further $25 of your original payment. To cover the shipping costs.

The rigid stance they have all regarding shipping cost, wreaks of desperation. Don’t inform your customers what’s going on, TAKE their money, then refuse to send back the product or FORCE them to give you $25 to pay for YOUR mistakes? Yikes.

Any company who acts in this way is not worth dealing with and sure as hell won’t last by treating customers this way.

Back story: I had to go overseas for a family death… yes 100% true story.. an awful tragic close family death. This is why I wasn’t able to go to Aus Post and pickup the product. I had a friend who was gathering my parcels delivered to my door while I was away, which is gated and secure (hence I would never elect for a signature required). Once the parcel went to Aus Post she needed my license and couldn't pick up for me. If I had KNOWN Well Verti required a signature on this parcel, I would have tried to plan accordingly.

I informed them right away of the reason why my parcel got sent back and they didn’t care, not in the slightest. Then proceeded to double down on their reason for charging me further money to resend the item and double that amount of money to return the item. The item that they already had in their possession at this point and will not refund you without deducting $25 off your original payment.

Obsessed. Honestly obsessed. I have tried lots of filters, this one is the best! I didn’t expect a shower filter to make this much of a difference, but Well Verti completely changed the way my skin, hair and even my whole shower routine feels. The first thing I noticed was the chlorine smell disappearing almost instantly. I genuinely didn’t realise how harsh normal shower water smelled until it was gone.

makes my skin and my hair extremely dry. This streamline filter is so easy to install and looks aesthetically pleasing slimline with strong metal casing . Where as my other filter was bulky and plastic. I noticed the difference. As soon as I got in the shower the water was soft and had no smell of chemicals which happens quite often with the additives that are put into our drinking water. I can honestly tell you I don’t do reviews unless something is really good and despite the fact that it’s a bit pricey it’s worth it. I would definitely recommend it to anybody with dry skin or hair or Water that causes a lot of buildup in the shower. When I purchased a filter, I included the swivel attachment, which is fantastic if you have awkward shower fittings which I do. I will definitely be purchasing more filters. The itchiness and thick waxy residue I had felt stopped the moment I removed the filter, proving it was a compatibility issue with soft water (53.8mg/L), not my plumbing. For reference, according to Sydney Water, any concentration below 60 mg/L is classified as soft water. Adding swiss minerals to water that is already soft can cause a waxy or slimy film because the minerals don’t rinse away properly, which led to the skin irritation I experienced. I appreciate the goodwill refund, but the technical explanation felt like a complete deflection. Disappointed because I really had wanted this to work.

hair products reacting badly with the filter (but couldn't tell me which ingredients/products could cause a reaction and I use all professional products) I decided to open the filter to see how the media was structured. Turns out it's just all mixed together, instead of separated like a good filter should be.

returning from Europe, as my skin seemed to clear up whenever I was overseas and I started to wonder if it was due to the chlorine etc in our water.
