I get up early for work and having the ability to pre set my ice bath so it starts cooling down before I get in there is incredible!! It’s easy to clean, simple to drain and refill. leniency or flexibility. Don’t care about their customers AT ALL. And think it’s ok to automatically require a signature on all of their products shipped, without notifying the customer!!! Have a box people can tick for goodness sake to opt in or out for a signature — like a normal company. Or if you absolutely feel you have to require a signature then have it in obvious writing at the check out, so customers can PLAN accordingly and be informed.
Not keep it to yourself, then when the customer has no idea their parcel gets sent back for being at post office, CHARGE THEM MORE MONEY to have it resent
It gets even better… if you opt to not pay them more money simply for principal and tell them to keep the product and refund at this point, they charge you double that amount and deduct it off your refund!
You end up with NO product, time wasted on a nightmare experience, and $25 spent on…. absolutely nothing?
No thanks. I’d rather work with ANY other company who puts their customers first over charging them extra money, for their own mistake in the first place (not informing the customer there is a signature required on the parcel). Not to mention the ICK of basically trapping your customers to a position of owing you more money, refusing to refund on a product that you bought but they have in their possession unless they deduct a further $25 of your original payment. To cover the shipping costs.
The rigid stance they have all regarding shipping cost, wreaks of desperation. Don’t inform your customers what’s going on, TAKE their money, then refuse to send back the product or FORCE them to give you $25 to pay for YOUR mistakes? Yikes.
Any company who acts in this way is not worth dealing with and sure as hell won’t last by treating customers this way.
Back story: I had to go overseas for a family death… yes 100% true story.. an awful tragic close family death. This is why I wasn’t able to go to Aus Post and pickup the product. I had a friend who was gathering my parcels delivered to my door while I was away, which is gated and secure (hence I would never elect for a signature required). Once the parcel went to Aus Post she needed my license and couldn't pick up for me. If I had KNOWN Well Verti required a signature on this parcel, I would have tried to plan accordingly.
I informed them right away of the reason why my parcel got sent back and they didn’t care, not in the slightest. Then proceeded to double down on their reason for charging me further money to resend the item and double that amount of money to return the item. The item that they already had in their possession at this point and will not refund you without deducting $25 off your original payment.

someone would contact me. They did not. Rang three more times, each time a customer service representative saying that it would be processed and sent to me. STILL WAITING. 25 year warranty is meaningless, I get the impression that they have no intention of honouring it.

Hilton hotels have this shower head (?). Since then I dreamed of experiencing it one day! We bought it for our BnB accommodation this year and hands down it makes you drool! Our (3x the price) Grohe shower head in our shower, looks nice and feels nice, but this Methven Aurajet round Aio feels AMAZING! Like tiny, tinkeling sparkles that drench you. No jet stream, no rain, but sparkles! I love it and thought it deserved this review. I shower in our BnB every opportunity I get!!!
Watego is fabulous. Helped my sensitive skin improve dramatically. I have encouraged all of my family to use it as well. Its a fabulous product, very happy to have stumbled across it.
This shower head I do really like, you can feel the difference for sure, not sure how long the filter system will work for as I have bore water. So far awsome.

ourselves thats how easy it was. We live off the grid in a rural area, this product by far is the best item in the house. Works perfect with the pump and water stays hot the whole time. Washes shampoo and conditioner out so easily. Would highly recommend product for saving water.

existing shower and used those original securing points. You need to measure and make sure they are in the right place. There is some adjustment on the new shower pipework. Works fantastic, rain shower stream is very gental and relaxing. The cost was also very reasonable around$165 I am writing this to encourage others if they are considering buying one. an existing shower head. The replacement process was straightforward, but the new shower head exceeded my expectations in its function. There are three types of jet to choose from, simply push a button on the shower head and the pattern/jets change. My favourite is the the Rain function - the most gentle of of jets! It wasn't cheap to purchase, $200, but the difference between this and the previous shower head is significant. Its WELS rating is good, the flow rate is ideal, and it was a doddle to install!

my hair feels fantastic. The vitamin C component makes me feel like I'm at a spa every single day. Plus, knowing that I can drink the water from this product, it just goes to show that filtering water is always the better option if you want clear skin and a refreshing shower experience. this shower has worked out well. Our only mistake was in the framing, the builder didn’t allow an extra dwang or nog for our foot rest. The corner drain system isn’t too difficult to clean. We use a scraper to clean down the shower walls after showers. The join from the walls to the base is tricky to keep clean, but everyone says the same with every shower join. No brands have found a solution for this mould and cleaning.
Great, reliable product – great product and on time. I had an ice bath previously that just didn't get cold and was super loud. happy with this one and it looks nice. considering one of their saunas now to complete the wellness set up.

the Le Vivi free standing because we could still have the sensible and safe end of bath fawcett. Additionally we could put body wash etc against the wall. What we didn’t expect was the uncomfortable squared off end that we can’t lie back on. Then we found that it is dreadful to get in and out off. Le Vivi needs to modify this model. We’ve bought many Le Vivi products but this is the worst. Please give us a replacement one!

It is designed to be removed and used as a hand shower. My expectation is that when the holder is moved, it should securely hold the shower head. That does not happen. If the handle is not placed at 90 degrees in the holder, there is a likelihood gravity will force it to fall. I contacted Phoenix. They told me to claim, I contacted the contractor. They put me onto the seller. The seller sent the same details to Phoenix I had sent earlier. Another person from Phoenix contacted me and requested a video. I set the video. I was told they checked it against the same model in their showroom and that it is normal behaviour. I asked, "why is there no warning". She passed the buck that it was the sellers job.

renovation. The key problem is that the base is somewhat fragile. On two occasions items were accidentally dropped on the shower base resulting in the base chipping. As the base is not one consistent colour all the way through, the chips very much stand out, especially on our darker colour base. The items that fell on the base were not unusual items for a bathroom/shower. On one occasion the squeegee device used to clean the shower glass fell and chipped the edge of the base. On the second occasion a back washing brush fell head first next to the drain and chipped away a 7-8mm piece. Yes, the company has a solution for these occurrences, however given the original cost was Approx $1100, I feel charging over $100 for a repair kit is well over the top. At the very least I would expect that a repair kit should have been provided with the base when purchased. The base is a good looking product, however I believe it is not practical, nor worth the risk, especially in a highly active home.
Not a good product and warranty wasn’t upheld. The ice bath has holes and became out of shape within 12 months of purchase. I contacted the supplier several times and they refused to respond.
Awful. The hose broke and leaked after a month! In general, almost all chrome plated flexible hoses are NO GOOD. It is better to have a simple PVC hose without any metal casing or protections.

shower before installation so I was disappointed to find that the hose and shelf which is fixed to the rail is made of plastic. The shelf had two hooks at the front, one of which broke off on the 5th or 6th use. I had to replace the hose because it was sooo frustrating to use ... it had a life of its own ... wouldn't sit flush with the wall which made it hard to use and to get the shower head to fit back back into the bracket. I replaced the hose with a flexible metal hose which causes no problems except that it falls out of the bracket. I suppose I would have to pay an inflated price for a caroma hose that might stay in he bracket. Very disappointed!
