existing shower and used those original securing points. You need to measure and make sure they are in the right place. There is some adjustment on the new shower pipework. Works fantastic, rain shower stream is very gental and relaxing. The cost was also very reasonable around$165 I am writing this to encourage others if they are considering buying one. an existing shower head. The replacement process was straightforward, but the new shower head exceeded my expectations in its function. There are three types of jet to choose from, simply push a button on the shower head and the pattern/jets change. My favourite is the the Rain function - the most gentle of of jets! It wasn't cheap to purchase, $200, but the difference between this and the previous shower head is significant. Its WELS rating is good, the flow rate is ideal, and it was a doddle to install!

this shower has worked out well. Our only mistake was in the framing, the builder didn’t allow an extra dwang or nog for our foot rest. The corner drain system isn’t too difficult to clean. We use a scraper to clean down the shower walls after showers. The join from the walls to the base is tricky to keep clean, but everyone says the same with every shower join. No brands have found a solution for this mould and cleaning.

the Le Vivi free standing because we could still have the sensible and safe end of bath fawcett. Additionally we could put body wash etc against the wall. What we didn’t expect was the uncomfortable squared off end that we can’t lie back on. Then we found that it is dreadful to get in and out off. Le Vivi needs to modify this model. We’ve bought many Le Vivi products but this is the worst. Please give us a replacement one!

It is designed to be removed and used as a hand shower. My expectation is that when the holder is moved, it should securely hold the shower head. That does not happen. If the handle is not placed at 90 degrees in the holder, there is a likelihood gravity will force it to fall. I contacted Phoenix. They told me to claim, I contacted the contractor. They put me onto the seller. The seller sent the same details to Phoenix I had sent earlier. Another person from Phoenix contacted me and requested a video. I set the video. I was told they checked it against the same model in their showroom and that it is normal behaviour. I asked, "why is there no warning". She passed the buck that it was the sellers job.

renovation. The key problem is that the base is somewhat fragile. On two occasions items were accidentally dropped on the shower base resulting in the base chipping. As the base is not one consistent colour all the way through, the chips very much stand out, especially on our darker colour base. The items that fell on the base were not unusual items for a bathroom/shower. On one occasion the squeegee device used to clean the shower glass fell and chipped the edge of the base. On the second occasion a back washing brush fell head first next to the drain and chipped away a 7-8mm piece. Yes, the company has a solution for these occurrences, however given the original cost was Approx $1100, I feel charging over $100 for a repair kit is well over the top. At the very least I would expect that a repair kit should have been provided with the base when purchased. The base is a good looking product, however I believe it is not practical, nor worth the risk, especially in a highly active home.
