Very helpful and responsive – CGU have been very helpful in assisting me with a not-at-fault claim. Communication has been excellent and the whole process has gone as smoothly as it could. Making a claim was hassle free and the representative worked toi provide me with answers to my questions. Would recommend.

CGU Motorcycle insurance never again – Bought a CGU motorcycle insurance policy August 2021. Recommended by a bank employee. Unfortunately late December 2022 had a no fault accident. Extensive damage to motorcycle. Submitted a claim. Bike still has not been inspected in person by an assessor. Have made several calls to CGU. They cannot inform me of an anticipated inspection time or date. Very disappointed in service. If this claim is ever settled will be taking my business to another insurance company.
