VerifiedFinally figured i needed adaptor for pigeon wide neck - didnt read instructions but was a mission getting the adaptor as everyone is put of stock. When i was testing it yesterday the warmer was leaking obv as i didnt have the adaptor. It was warming up, now that i have the adaptor,its no longer leaking but wont warm up - stuck at 16deg. I left it for a while hoping it will eventually work but after an hour, still at 16deg. I tried changing the pre set temp which didnt make any difference.

Hi Ann, when charging your warmer, you will see one of the bars on the display flashing depending on how charged the battery is. For example, 1 red bar, 1 white bar & 1 white bar flashing indicates the warmer is nearly charged. When there’s a solid red bar and 2 x white bars (not flashing), it’s fully charged.
Using the warmer with a Philips Avent bottle (no adaptor), it often seems to take a long time to heat the bottle (5+ mins) and then it won't get to 39 but stops around 28-30 then starts to go back down again. We have to fiddle with it, unscrew and rescrew the bottle multiple times before I actually heats to temperature. What is it we're doing wrong or is it busted? It's brand new...

What does E1 mean on screen when trying to charge? Never had an issue with product using for 6 months and now won’t charge with ‘E1’ and flashing red battery.

Cherub Baby 6h ago Hi Kelvin, thanks for getting in touch! The E1 Error code means the warmer's heating pad is not detecting any warmer and will turn off automatically as a safety feature. The bottle with liquid must be attached before turning on the warmer. I have advised our website team to also add this FAQ to the product listing. I bought a cherub baby bottle warmer recently. Unfortunately whenever I plugin the bottle it shows the room temperature and doesn't heat up to the set temperature. Any idea on what might be the issue?

Absolute rubbish! Leaked the first time I used it, wasting precious breastmilk! Leaked again with just heating up water. Using the Pigeon wide neck adapter. Can’t really claim warranty as bought it from someone on Marketplace (used once).
Yeah, we had an absolutely lousy time trying to use it, battery life was a joke also

Does this work with tommee tippee bottles which are a bit wider? And if so, will it work in box or do I need a seperate adapter?

Don’t waste your money you get 2 uses out of it and then need to recharge it. Also if not assembled correctly it will leak!

It looks like this is flipped upside down and the water is exposed to an element etc?
How do you keep the water sterile and the machine clean?
Terrible!! Works well until it needs charging where it beeps every second and doesn’t charge properly. There is no troubleshooting for this on the instruction manual! I haven’t been able to use it since.
