ordered it immediately. Didn't even consult the wife. When it got delivered after just a few days, I was in trouble for making such a purchase without consulting the boss lol. Well that all changed the minute she sat in the alpha. Now she thanks me for the purchase. If you are considering a chair. Look no further. The quality is great. The service is great. And the warranty is a proper 5 year full warranty. Other companies say they have a 3 year warranty. But after the first year, the labour is free but you must pay for parts. Olympia even said if I move house they will disassemble the chair and move it for me. I wish this site had more stars so I can give them more than 5. I'm 187cm 95kg with a 13 size foot. amazing. I had no idea my back and shoulders were in such a state until I first sat in the chair. So far i'm only managing a gentle massage but can feel it helping. I cant fault anything about the service from Caren, the delivery of the chair (3 days after ordering) , nor the on going support. The only thing I can complain about is having to wait for the other family members to get out of it so I can have my turn!

I’m so happy Stephanie recommended this chair. I told Stephanie I am a runner and felt completely understood for what I need. As a runner, the Alpha massage chair has been a game-changer for my recovery. The calf kneading and how it rotates my ankles are next level. It’s hard to find a massage chair that actually focuses on the lower legs this well. My legs feel lighter and more relaxed every time I use it.

Olympia were great from start to finish. Zaarne made the process very easy and the chair was delivered within a week of ordering it. Yes, it is an expensive outlay but the benefit are worth it, my wife initially thought I was exaggerating their worth however now she uses it more than me.

If you have the means and are considering it, do it. Olympia are great and their pricing is very fair considering their competitors and the level of service they provide.
