down the drain, so I've just bought my second new machine in 4 months and while the amount I paid for the part will be refunded, the rest of it as well as money spent trying to repair has just been flushed down the drain, with the machine currently sitting on my footpath awaiting kerbside collection. The customer service staff can't help it, the quality and part availability just isn't up to scratch.
