Absolutely terrible experience with CHiQ and their washer dryer combo model WDFL8T48W2. The dryer developed an EH0 error code despite being used only a couple of times since purchase. and when they finally answered properly, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. After many calls and constant follow ups, they suddenly claimed that the washer dryer combo was not covered for labour under warranty. This makes no sense because the product was sold with a 5-year warranty when purchased. It feels completely dishonest and misleading. They advertise warranty coverage when selling the product, then later try to avoid responsibility when something goes wrong. Very poor quality appliance, terrible customer service, and a nasty scam-like way of dealing with customers. It honestly feels like a scam company that does not stand behind its products or honour what was promised to customers. I strongly recommend staying away from CHiQ products and this company altogether.
Very happy with this new machine so far, takes a bit of getting used to but really fantastic!! Washes clothes well, dry clothes on their own drying cycle, takes a while but drier works well. Can choose almost any cycle and adjust it, lets you interrupt cycle and put in more clothes. Very happy. Show details
I don't put rating often but this machine makes my life easier. Don't know the reliability but it works a least for a year and not much maintenance needed. Don't put more than a half drums of cloth for drying, it will be slow. Show reply
Excellent Purchase – After 2.5 years the Samsung washer dryer stopped drying. Expected more from a Samsung appliance & only given 2 years warranty. Found the chiq washer dryer via search & on special for $AUD 599. We could not be happier with this purchase. Drying cycle is far quicker than the Samsung & quieter as well. Excellent washer dryer in my opinion with 5 year warranty.

Chow 8/5 Washer/Dryer punches above its weight – Just replaced our old Electrolux washer dryer with a Chiq 8/5kg machine and must say we are very impressed with it and it is much better than the old machine which lasted 5 years . Chiq offered 3 year warranty but increased it to 5 years if we registered by 30/6/24 , so we couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent and it is so easy to operate . Top product. Show details
Slow warranty – Door seal broke in the 1st 12 months. Warranty claim took several weeks to respond. They attempted to fix the seal, did not replace it. It started leaking a day after. Show details

Decent machine, nothing special – For the price it's good, The washing performance is decent, and it does dry well But as with all other washing/dryers it takes a while, full load is 4-6h from start to finish. clean options work fantastically. The drum size is extra large and accomodating for a large load. The dryer function works stunningly and the clothes come out bone dry each time - something that can be an issue with some brands. The extra features like the stability control keep the machine stable and silent. And the detergent propeller breaks up powder during the cycle so you don’t end up with detergent clumps in the tray. Literally the only negative about this machine is the loud beeps and chimes when you’re selecting a load. I’d strongly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a decent priced combo machine.
