The newly repaired job didn’t pass first raining day. Couldn’t get them to come back to fix their own work under warranty. quote twice. Second quote is more than 50% of the first quote. An hour late then scheduled.
Jimmy when quoting took photos and did a sketch of the roof to shw work needed. Was thorough and detailed. The team did a great job and I recommend them for any work they do.
Good and excellent service. Prompt and polite. Reasonable prices and take care of customers.

Quoted for re-bed and re-point roof plus replacing tiles, general roof repairs. Finished a 2-day job in under 3 hours!!! No re-bedding, wrong tile profile so now I have tiles that don't sit flat and expect they will leak, re-pointing sloppy - went over silicone repairs rather than removing the silicone and repairing before re-pointing, did not… Read more
clean the roof. Basically a total scam of me - a 70 year old pensioner. I will now have to contract another roofer to come and repair his dodgy work which will cost me in excess of original quotes I received. Stay away from [Name Removed] and his crew.
These guys were great. The job was done quickly and at a great price.
I'll be more weary next time – Not recommended Damaged items, window not fitted correctly, workers not experienced, I had to help and they borrowed my tools, promised to repair and complete but no answer, be aware of the email. info@chmservices.org
