Avoid this brand unless you WANT your food to stick – I bought a single Circulon pan several years ago and said I would never buy another. My partner thought he was doing a nice thing and ordered a set a few years later when they were on sale at Myer. stick!! I've had many other brands over the years that work perfectly fine so I don't think it's user error. From the first use - they have food sticking to them. Even with a small amount of oil - which of course we are trying to limit - food just clings to them. The "circles" appear to be a gimmick and actually cause food to adhere!

the original chain and their response was pretty rude saying they couldn’t relate the cause to manufacturing defects, but that they “will be replacing your product as a once-off goodwill gesture.”

So now we’ve had the replacement pan for about a year and it’s again lost any bit on non-stick. We haven’t bothered trying to get this replaced again because our last claim was a “one-off goodwill gesture” so obviously we will be denied. We followed their recommendations for cleaning and use to the letter, but we’re also told in this email that basically future claims will be void.

This product will not last 10 years, it will last you 1 with regular use and you will deal with rude customer service if you make a claim.

We will not be buying circulon again.

Amazing kettle – Can not praise my kettle enough . I stupidly left my kettle on my gas stove on , went to work and came home nine hours later to find the gas still on , my kettle Hot of course as boiled dry , but didn't look any different . Even the colour on the bottom of the kettle is perfect and the whistle and handle not damaged either . Great little turquoise kettle . Highly recommended .  Show details

Just rubbish! – The suface was never really non stick and the groves are so close together you can't clean the stuck food out of them. Coating inside and out has flaked off is much they are dangerous to use. Very unhappy as I did a lot of research before buying my $400 set. After seeing the comments on bad after service I'm just throwing them away. Can't be bothered with the hassle.  Show details

Love the stockpot – Bought the Contempo red 7.6L stockpot about a month ago at a good discount. Perfect size for frequent soup preparation, not too big or too small. Especially helps when we're having lots of soup while it's winter. So easy to cook on the non-stick base and really easy to clean both the inside and exterior of the pot. Not sure about the other products in the range but definitely love the stockpot!

long enough to bake to outside of the pots usually results in a black stain that come hell or high water is impossible to clean off.

All in all for what I paid im happy enough. I should get a few more years out of them (1.5 so far) but it is a shame that the days of buying lifetime cookware seem to be gone (Specks of non stick coating are missing).

flat pan and the non stick surfaces on the new and the old circulon pans look and feel exactly the same! Scanpan non stick surface went crappy in 2 months, and other brands have go crappy over a year or two.

I don't think I'll buy any other brands from now on.

Handle gets too hot to hold even on low heat – Bought a 20cm pan from HS less than a year ago. Have been using frying pans since the 1970s and have never experienced such a poorly designed pan in terms of heat transfer to the handle. Consider it dangerous for gas fired stoves as it forces use of a pan cloth on top of the stove. This design should be withdrawn.

Not worth the money! – We bought this set from Harris Scarfe and they have lasted just over a year. Now everything gets stuck to them, you cant even fry an egg without it getting stuck to the pan. Its an overpriced worthless product!

This is awful and I will never purchas another – Everything sticks to this pan and the oil (which is recommended ) never stays in the centre of the pan....it all runs to the sides therefore I cannot cook anything in the centre. I paid a lot of money for this pan and it has been a waste of that money. I will never purchase another one EVER or recommend it. Nothing Does not do what it is promoted to do ....

Best cookware ever – I bought a circulon style 24 cm skillet. It cleans up easily and perfectly. I've even burnt food onto it and it just comes right off. I am so impressed I went out to try and buy a 26 or 28 cm skillet but can only find a 30 cm (too big for me). It seems hard to locate this product in Sydney. Such a shame. Looks fantastic. Cleans easily. Very even heat for cooking. Not enough options in the range seem to be available in Sydney.

Great pots and pans – We bought these to go with an induction cooker. They are terrific, so easy to cook with on the induction cooktop, and easy to clean. You do not need oil to brown things if you are watching your fat intake. Handles do not get to hot to hold and they sit nice and steady. Great red colour too. Easy clean We bought amatcjhing wok as an add on. It does not work as well, but not sure if it is the stove or the wok.

Wonderful cookware – I bought the 6 piece set more than a year ago. I mainly use the stockpot, the saute pan and the smallest saucepan. Easy to cook with and easy to clean. Nothing sticks and I can cook without oil. A year on and they are still as good as the day I got them. Easy to clean, pleasure to cook with.  Show reply

easy cooking at it's best – This range of cookwear is amazing, you can cook anything on the pan without any oil and it will not stick. Just wipes clean. Large volume as well so can make bigger meals in one go. The handles don't get hot and lids fit well on top. the colour is great too! easy to clean, non-stick, colour
