Do no buy better cheaper options out there – Had numerous sets of these pots and pans for a few years they do not age well at all since this is my third time buying the same set in 10 years I wondered if their customer service would do anything about it through a warranty…of course not took 4 months to get back to me through email and said I had damaged all these pots and pans and nothing… Read more

they could do about it they started rusting and losing the finish and had to be thrown out. Bought a cheap set of t-fal and they are light years better. I cook all the time went to culinary school and really enjoyed this set for the 6 months they were still useable but the company doesn’t stand behind its product oh well. Lifetime warranty yeah right

perfect pan until it wasn't – I won this pan from a nz renowned chef (her fave pan). I have had a number of great years producing many meals without any hiccups and then I noticed the leak of oil left on my cooktop. I couldn't quite make out what was happening until I added water to the pan and videoed the result. the base has detached. what to do? in all other respects I adore everything about it. Show details

Awful customer service very poor quality items – I bought several Anolon cookware items. After 2 months of you use, the metal cover dissolve and they are complete ruin, they look disgusting, the been wash mainly by hand and occasionally in the disswashwer. The lifetime warranty is a joke, because not cover anything, they told me the reason why the metal is dissolved it is because some washing… Read more

Lifetime Warranty Honoured after Contacting Circulon Direct – Noticed leaking and found hairline crack had formed. Returned to retailer Stevens in Christchurch NZ and a few days later received response back claiming that too high a heat had been used and no warranty. Contacted Circulon Customer Support direct and a couple of weeks later received brand new replacement delivered to door. Show details

Lifetime Guarantee GUARANTEED! – Bought Infinite 5-piece set 4-5 years ago, didn't keep receipt, neither did I register with Circulon. Wrote to them about non-stick fading, my bad for always using it on high heat. Circulon issued me with very generous replacement voucher to purchase items off their website with free delivery. Awesome service.  Show details

Hasn't lived up to lifetime promise – Bought circulon infinite 30cm skillet in 2011 - specifically for the lifetime guarantee. Did well for first 3-4 years but has been steadily losing non stick until now unusable. Off to stevens to resolve - not hopeful based on above reviews.  Show details

Circulon Infinite – Meyer Cookware Australia did not even bother to reply on my emails claiming on their so called "Lifetime Customer Satisfaction Guarantee". This Infinite Circulon was purchased from David Jones for $239.95 and the supposed to be non stick surface has been nothing but . Won't buy any Circulon or any cooking utensils from this company again.  Show details

Don't buy it! Deceptive (lifetime warranty) advertising.unusable, dangerous – Lifetime guarantee??? What lies. False advertising deceptive practices is the normal business as usual for this dodgy criminal organization. Pans and pots unusable ( pan blackcoating coming off in food)after a very short life. Paid big money for expected (advertised) quality and got ripped off. DONT BUY IT.  Show details

A big disappointment – This is a decision I regret and was talked into it by a sales rep. The product is now about 6 years old and we bought the whole set, thinking we were on a winner. These products are used in the dishwasher (and can be used on induction) as the bottom of each pan states clearly, however, reading others reviews I could not be bothered to go… Read more

through the whole process for a refund as it just irritates me every time I look at the set .....I would not know where to locate the receipt after such a long time!

Initially, we thought they were wonderful and found that food cooked in them was great - but within the year they began flaking and we have never used metal in any capacity on them. They have been very well cared for - however, the look of them clearly defies this and from my perspective, they certainly don't live up to the ad!

Would i recommend this product - No!

Non-stick coating wore off, but Meyer sent me a new wok – Expected the non-stick coating to last longer as I had followed the instructions on cooking heat and care to the letter. I contacted the wholesaler Meyer, sent photos as requested and Meyer sent me a replacement wok. This was unexpected. Thank you Meyer!

Worst Ever! – When I purchased my Circulon frying pan, I was excited to be buying a quality, expensive brand name. It seemed heavy to me. I just thought, "Wow, this is awesome". I couldn't wait to start cooking with it. Three months later, the black coating was flaking into everything I was that cooking. The base looked like I'd owned it for ten years. I've had… Read more

cheap pans in the past and they've lasted longer than that. I kept my receipt, thank God. I rang the shop where I got it from and explained my situation to the lady. She said to go in and they can send it off for free and get a replacement. Errr, no thanks... So I swapped it out, without a hassle. She also told me not to use olive oil on non-stick pans. I now own a Baccarat sauté pan. I hope I have better luck with this one. I wish I had read some reviews before diving in and purchasing it. It looked expensive. Too heavy.

Circulon infinie still as new after 4 years – I bought all the frying pans in this range, use a soft brush to clean and they are all still as new after 4 years. The quality of cooking especially for sautee and frying is excellent. Just ensure that you do not use extremely high heat as it retains heat very well and will have the tendency to burn. I now give them as gifts to my friends. Quality and performance

The Infinite range is Terrible – I used the Circulon Professional range for years and was very happy with its performance and quality... after 10 years they were still in perferct condition. But when we bought an induction cooktop we had to buy suitable cookware, so thought the Circulon Infinite range would be of similar quality. But it definitely is not. After only one year… Read more

of normal use, never having been placed in a dishwasher etc, the non-stick surface has almost worn off, and everything sticks to the pan. Not just frying pans, but even pots used mostly to boil water have lost most of the non-stick coating.

This is very disappointing from Circulon, and I highly advise anyone to give this range a big miss! Very expensive for bad quality.

Excellent so far – 2 months in, and these pots/pans are really good. Im very careful with how they are used (no overheating, no cooling under water when hot, no metal utensils etc) and they are in great shape, as you would expect. Cleaning them is easier than ive had with any other pots and pans. I was also impressed with how they heat on the worlds cheapest… Read more

stove that comes with my flat. Very even.

I have heard of bad warranty claims, which is disappointing. I hope i dont need to make a claim.

Obviously i cant comment on longevity yet.

UPDATE - June 5 2016 - One of the pans has been semi ruined. Don't know how its happened, might have been the flat mate. Style, quality, even heating on bad stove top

18 months later they're sticky – Buying more expensive pans would give me longer non-stick life, I thought. But my frypans have lost their non-stick ability and are now just as useless as cheaper pans. They have been useful until now - the metal handle means they can go in the oven, they heat up quickly on induction and cook evenly - but once the non-stick coating deteriorates… Read more

Circulon Infinite set – Purchased the 5pc saucepan set from DJ's when they had them half price a couple of years ago and have been extremely satisfied with them. Chose the circulon because they were not as heavy as some other brands & I liked the simple design of pots. I use them practically every day and are the best cookware I have used personally.... Circulon Steel Elite 2pc French Skillet Set 22cm & 28cm – After disappointments with other more expensive brands of cookware, I am delighted by the Circulon frypan set I recently purchased. These pans heat up quickly and evenly, food does not stick and cleanup is a breeze. I have purchased more of these products as gifts as I am so pleased with their performance. A winner! Performed exceptionally well.  Show reply
