I bought this large pan specifically for making schnitzel. With a family to feed, I wanted something big enough to cook an entire batch at once instead of standing at the stove doing multiple rounds in a small pan. The kids have schnitzel for dinner and leftovers for lunch over the next couple of days, so I decided to splurge when this pan went on… Read more

sale.

The pan is heavy, non-stick, and wasn’t cheap, even discounted. I expected it to save time and last for years. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.

After only 4–5 uses, the non-stick surface started deteriorating and food began sticking. I contacted Circulon, not to make a warranty claim, but simply to ask why this had happened and whether there was anything I could do to prevent it getting worse.

The response I received was a generic copy-and-paste email stating that the damage was not covered under warranty because the pan had been used on high heat for too long. The problem is that I cook schnitzel on the lowest setting and, yes, it may be on the stove for 50–60 minutes while I cook a large batch. Isn’t that exactly what a frying pan is designed for?

What disappointed me most wasn’t even the pan itself, it was the customer service. I wasn’t demanding a replacement or asking for a refund. I simply wanted some assistance and advice. Instead, I was immediately shut down with a warranty response that didn’t address my questions at all.

For a premium-priced product: brand I expected much better durability and much better customer support.

I put it in the big to increase waste. Dont bother with this brand, get better pan in Kmart.

Great customer service – Amazing customer service. My pans were no longer non stick. I wrote a review not assuming that it would be addressed. Circulon contacted me and asked me to ring. I spoke to Pam and even though I couldn’t get a full replacement as I hadn’t taken photos of every saucepan, I did get a credit to assist me to buy a new set. Pam was so helpful.  Show reply

Not a good pan – The good points of this pan are the good insulated grip on the handle and the weights of the pan. As for it's non stick ability this got worse the more it was used. some form of oil/fat was always needed. The pan surface would not release any stain from frying and it did see the dishwasher on many occasions. I finally used a non caustic oven… Read more

cleaner and the non stick surface came away from the pan. Now do I continue to use the pan or throw it out?

This product is amazing – I’m surprised on some of the negative comments. I think the frying pans are amazing. It cooks well and it’s so so easy to clean. One wipe and it’s all clean. Even with the thickest of oils. I have had scan pan. Which is rubbish. And everything sticks to it. But the circulon is great. Show details

Worth The Price – Purchased this cookware for the new freestanding induction cooker , I’m amazed how accurate the description says in the brochures , Easy to clean and it distributes the heat evenly, Worth the extra price compared to the other brands.  Show details

Doesn't really live up to the advertising – Not terribly impressed. They were lovely for about three months, with quite gentle use. Then after say six months things started sticking to them. We've thrown out one already and the larger one is about to get replaced. Have had more success with an enamel coated Baccarat frypan. (also not impressed by the Scanpan either)  Show details

50/50 – Got this one through FlyBuys so at least I didn’t part with any cash. The pan was great at the start followed all directions to the letter but after 6 months the pan was starting to get hard to clean between the grooves 8 months it was getting worse till finally it was impossible to even clean after multiple attempts. One thing I must point out is… Read more

cos the pan is heavy the handle on it was to far out from the pan which made it feel heavier, the rubber needed to be closer to the edge. Trying a cheapo now and will see how it goes.

Utterly disappointed! – These might last a lifetime if never used! The silly grooves are impossible to clean and the smallest amount of grease will mean it's ruined next time you use and downhill from there. We bought a set about four years ago and I'm throwing out a second fry pan after the latest meal to get completely stuck and burnt. Funny you never see the ads anymore...

I love it as you can also use it in oven too – I love my circulon even though my daughter burnt the food it's still great and great price for great quality. I would recommend it to everyone from beginners to pros

Wish I'd chosen the other brand – I bought 3 Circulon pans 3 years ago on sale. My daughter-in-law chose Baccarat brand. I wish I had. Circulon is no better than the cheaper brands I'd previously had. I did everything right but everything still sticks and burns even on (maximum) medium heat. Unfortunately I can't find the receipt.......

I agree they are rubbish – The first sign of trouble was poached eggs sticking and seemingly lifting the surface off the frying pan, exposing the steel underneath. Now all 3 sized pans are almost useless. I will now start the long search for alternatives. Any suggestions will be appreciated although I'll research this site first I guess.

Highly recommended hassle-free cooking for induction – We bought the twin skillet pack on special and these have fast become our favourite frypans. We have had them for over 2 years now and use them almost every day. We haven't had any issues whatever with them - the coating is still fine even though they've been cooked hard a couple of times. We do hand wash them; they never go in the dishwasher.… Read more

They work wonderfully on our induction cooktop; unlike some other pans we have tried - including other Circulon cookware. I not only highly recommend them; I'm looking for more.

Absolutely Rubbish. I would have been better off burning my money – I brought my pan just before Christmas 7 months ago. Great for about 4 months my husband I religiously referred to care instructions that I kept. Everything sticks to it and it is super hard to clean.

Circulon back warranty – I was originally very disappointed with my Circulon non-stick frypan with lifetime customer satisfaction warranty as the coating came off despite all care being taken. On contacting Meyer Cookware, they advised reply-paid postal return service for inspection and although advising that they were not at fault, they replaced the frypan… Read more

free-of-charge along with some additional cleaning suggestions missing from the original packaging.

So I was pleasantly surprised by this outcome... Good customer service, backing up their warranty... Non-stick surface came off in the first place.

Meaningless Warranty – In my opinion the supposed lifetime guarantee that Meyer Cookware (Circulon) advertise for these pans is completely without value. After about a year’s use these pans started losing their non stick quality and after about 18 months they were unusable. They started producing a nasty gluey substance after each use, which would not come off with… Read more

normal washing.

I returned the smaller pan to Meyer ( and a photo of the larger one) with a request for replacements under warranty. They refused this, claiming the failure of the pans was my fault for not cleaning them properly! This was both annoying and insulting as the pans had been cleaned after each use as thoroughly as they possibly could be cleaned, with the use of non-stick safe implements and liquid dish detergent in hot water. To get them any cleaner, I would have had to use a scratchy scourer and/or cleanser, which is specifically against all non stick cookware advice.

I have now thrown out the Circulon pans and gone back to my old Tefal one. It may have lost its red “indicator” dot, but its non stick quality is still working well after some years. Nice to use initially Non stick quality did not last. No replacement under warranty.

Great quality product! – As soon as you pick it up, you can tell it's great quality from the weight of it. It cooks evenly and the non-stick is so good it's clean after a rinse under hot water! The stainless finish makes it quite good looking cookware too. Would happily recommend this to friends and fmaily! Cooks evenly and so easy to clean!

My reliable baby – This is a perfect Cookware. I don't recommended people to do I what I did, but this is what happened. I had a small elite pan, which was given to me while I was still living in a studio by myself. Because the stove is old and it dirtied the pan bottom. I couldn't stand it so I used bleach on the bottom and some went to the inner pan. I thought… Read more

I was losing the non-stick surface, but guess what. It was still fantastic, the non sticking surface still work on frying eggs and pancakes without oil. So I decided to buy the whole set. I made such a great decision, it cooks wonders in the oven too. The pan/pot grip is so comfortable and also not hot when comes out the oven. It also looks modern.

Recommended to friends and families, though some of them bought the same and others bought the infinite version.

Also recommend to you all to buy the cleaning brush for easy cleaning and getting rid of the residues.

None for me, but it's a little heavy for my great aunty.
