I have contacted your so called Customer Care twice in past and every time I was so disappointed. It was such a waste of my time, after sending all the required photos and recipe.

Do not offer lifetime warranty if you cannot commit – Purchased Style Hard Anodised Non-Stick Skillet Triple Pack 21+25+28cm. These pans are used frequently but not overheated. both 28cm and 21cm have stuck everything after 2 years use. Contacted CS (joke) and went through a lot of discussions, CS said it was overheated - a simple answer without realizing their warranty. Cant trust Circulon any more. Can't trust so call "Lifetime warranty". Very misleading advertisement. 1) not that high quality 2) not hassle free

excellent customer service – hats off to circulon myer team for standing by their warranty. i bought a 26cm french skillet 3 years ago which deteriorated badly although we took good care of it. then i could not locate the receipt. i contacted circulon myer, sending them photos of condition of the skillet. the response was immediate - they immediately sent me a replacement once the damaged pot was returned.
my cookware is mainly circulon and i will continue using them with confidence knowing that the manufacture stands by their warranty.

Worst pan ever – I purchased a 30cm covered saute pan from DJ merely 2 month ago. It has only been lightly used and I never used dish washer or metal utensil on it . To my utter surprise, there are numerous scatch/chips inside the pan already. I have never experienced this on any cookware within such a short period of time. I have called their customer support today and they have asked me to send it back for assessment. I am interested to hear what they have to say on this look where is the durability that circluon claims?
