As a job seeker applying for a position at Cleo's Place, one of the questions i was asked at the interview was "Have you in the past ever taken an employer to fair work". Being asked that question is a red flag for me.

Unethical and Dishonest - Avoid at all costs. Hello we have engaged Cleos Place over several years to provide support workers for our non-verbal son who also has ASD. When our son needs to be picked up from excursions in the community his support worker rings us to collect them and drive them home. After 6 months the Cleos Place owners terminated services as they announced a policy that support workers could not have the contact details for NDIS participant's clients.

We no longer have support services due to the unacceptable and uncaring practices from this company.

Also there have been several instances of overcharging for services not provided and their family members appear to be adding false positive reviews of their companies services on Google.

cleos place is not what it seems – [Name Removed] the manager and [Name Removed] are very controlling to towards their Ndis clients and staff.[Name Removed], the manager told me i had to turn on my phone location so they could track my movements. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] were telling clients about support workers private business.eg.support worker can't come because he is on holidays and telling client, support worker has family issues and can't come to help. they told me to and expected me to lie to clients about my availability. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] told me that client has to learn he cannot have what he wants. After all it is his funding. Because they upset their client and told him he could not have me, he abused her. then [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] blamed me because they lied to him. i thought Ndis has a choice factor. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] diminished his choices. The client was happy with me after many other support workers he had in the past, and that's all that should matter.they did not want him to be happy.[Name Removed], [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], are nice people.
