Poor quality – Terrible quality - Coles balloons are unsafe for children's parties & unsafe for elderly. Constant noisy popping within minutes with ears ringing for indoor event. Balloons were not over-inflated. We also x2 air leaks in one packet of 20 balloons. Will not purchase again Would not recommend
