Good but not the best on the market – I found the smell of the liquid pleasantly nice and I had no skin irritations. You are required to use a lot for large loads (3 lids) but there isn’t any scent in the clothes. I have noticed my clothes are soft and have not irritated me in anyway. Show details

Coles Wool & Delicates Wash – I opened the new bottle and got a whiff of a bad smell, like rotten eggs. It looks like there is something growing on the surface of the liquid - the top part of the liquid is cloudy. I will have to throw it out. Quite unusual for a detergent to grow bugs - maybe it is too dilute. I never had any problem with the discontinued Coles Eucalyptus Wool wash. Show details

Threw it out! – Hand washed a few times with this product and found every time I used it my hands started to itch like crazy, never had a reaction like this before with any other product so in the bin it went. I love this product. I dont understand why it's gone. Stop deleting things that work, bring the 2lt bottles back – Very very disappointed it's been deleted. Sick of companies deleting products that are good and replacing them with dearer products that are in smaller packaging. You need to bring back this product Show details

Agree with all the 1 star people Please bring back the old formula – I am very disappointed with your newer product. I had a stockpile of the 1.25lt product in the heavier plastic bottle and just moved on to the newer one. It is so inferior in cleaning power to the one sold previously and even the bottle it far too thin and flexible. I used it on my woolies and within half an hour headed for the nose spray and antihistamine. Not only is the product inferior there is something added that was not there before.

Love the old one – I am very happy with the old Eucalytus Wool Wash. I do not want to switch to the new one. Why do Coles change the old good? The new one costs almost double

Why – This doesn't even smell like eucalyptus let alone doing the work the old coles woolwash used to do the new coles woolwash doesn't get my husband's work wear even close to clean come on Coles why did u take the eucalyptus out of the woolwash I have also switched to another brand

Coles change to a Bad product – Coles Eucalyptus Wool Wash was an excellent product which i bought regularly. It has been discontinued and the replacement product Coles New Wool and Delicates Wash smells awful. I am taking it back for a refund and will now find another brand of wool wash. Other's have said the same thing.

New detergent = less quality – I used to buy Coles Wool Wash 1.25 L and it was a fabulous product.....but now the "new" version is disappointing. For a start, it comes in a 2 L bottle which may look good but you have to use more than the original and the liquid is watered down. Even the eucalyptus fragrance has gone. Why change something good – I have used Coles Eucalyptus Wool Wash for years as it is the only product that has not affected my allergies but I went to Coles today and found it has been changed. I bought it and took it home and unfortunately whatever has been changed makes it unsuitable for my sinus allergies. So very DISAPPOINTED. Why did you have to change it.
