Impressed – I drink Naturopathica ‘beauty shots’ 10,000 mg daily and believe they helped build collagen after leg surgery AND taking the shot before bed helps sleep. Its the glycine component in collagen. Show details

SCAM SCAM SCAM – I too wish I'd read this before I was sucked in. Why isn't the ACCC involved. I'm going to attempt to see if ACCC can do anything about this lot. I'm going to return the goods which are mostly unopened. They are cheats on society.

Absolute rip off...Free...What a crock! – They advertise that they will send you this product for a free trial and you only pay postage. This is garbage! When you don't like it (it's greasy and not great for sensitive skin), they want to charge you $139.95 for a product you don't want. Avoid at all costs.

Scam scam scam alert everyone – The product is meant to be free and they have the nerve to steal money from my account a week later shame on you!! I have started legal procedures. So I suggest you guys clean up your act and stop scamming people, only people in need or poor will go for a free product, so you guys are leaching off the most vulnerable people.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS MOB – I did a survey for Woolworths and I received a "trial" pack of this company's creams. Next thing, my account has been debited $94.94. I returned the goods, along with a polite letter, demanding the refund of $94.94. If my account is not credited within 7 days, which I have put them on notice for, I shall make a "fraudulent activity" complaint to my bank. I shall also write to Woolworths.

Don't fall for this scam – I agree with every single bad review in here. This Past January 2017 I went to the same experience that every single one in here have explain already. The guy at the customer service was manipulative, rude and finally abusive when I tried to cancel. They even charged me twice in a month ( Trial is not free and they send the second shipment before… Read more

the month ends.) I had to change my bank details to avoid further scam as he hang up on me without giving me a resolution.

Collagenix - SCAM !! Stay away – They are one of the biggest scammers around. I basically agree with everyone else who have commented here before and only wished I had done my due diligence on this company and product before signing up for their trial pack. After threatening to take them to the Ombudsman for their foul business practice, they agreed in their email (14 June… Read more

2017) that they will refund the deductions on my card within 5 to 7 business days, which will be 23 June latest. Lets see if it happens.

I like the product – I have read all the bad reviews, however I actually really like the product (I am 41) and found the customer service really good. it gives my skin a nice sheen, and I haven't had any trouble with pimples (like I have in the past), and it does make my skin feel nice and tight. When I rang to cancel to say it was too expensive and was sent to often,… Read more

they gave me a 50% discount and I now get it shipped every 6 months at the discounted ate (I only use in winter, or at night as I use a 50+ in summer). I have been using it for about a year.

Biggest Scam and they just keep changing names!! – I signed up for the trial and then cancelled within the time and returned the product! They are now saying they didn't receive the return and have just charged my card again........

I wish I read this BEFORE ordering Collagenix – I've been scammed big time, I accepted the 'free trial' offer and am now attempting to stop my credit card being debited again and again for products I do not want. Stay clear of this product it won't fix your skin but it will give you a headache

Be very careful! They are extremely manipulative and will try to trick you into paying for the 'Free – I personally didn't find the product that great, but my biggest issue with the company is that when I called within the 30 day trial period to say I wasn't happy and that I no longer wanted to receive the products, they tried to charge me $140 for the product they'd sent to me under the 'free trial'! They implied that it was my mistake,… Read more

saying, "what, do you think we just send out free products?" to which I replied "well yes it was a free trial!". He first tried to placate me by offering me a discounted price of $100 to which I flat out said no way! He then insulted me by saying the company didn't want customers like me and that they would just give me the products and to not worry about payment! As though they were doing me a favour and they just wanted to get rid of me, as though I had done something wrong!

OMG, the gall of these people! Thankfully I fought it, but I can imagine there are many people who don't like conflict and might actually believe it was their own misunderstanding and make the payment.

So morally and ethically wrong! Will never to a 'free trial' again - too dodgy!!

Seems to be a scam – I was expecting a small trial packet not the whole works! It is expensive and if I wish to return it there is no return address and just a promise on the phone of a returned call. On the invoice it says that calling your bank or credit card company before calling their Customer Service dept could cause delays in processing credits or refunds.

http://collagenix.org/ – Collagenix offers a free trial, accompanied by brain numbing obfuscations. Within a couple of weeks, they will send you another two small jars and debit your bank account to the tune of $A96.00, without your authorisation. In my case, they somehow managed to hack into my bank account. Following returning their product Collagenix refused to refund my money. Take a warning, COLLAGENIX is a USA based scam. Do not get caught.
