Knoxyelicious – This computer, although it has it's troubles with heating, the computer itself is fast and relatively reliable. The computer is amazingly tough and reliable, with great software and compataility with different software. The Battery life on this laptop is great and take anything from an hour to 80 minutes to fully charge itself. Everything!
Terrible – My husband and I both bought new HP/Compaq laptops in the last 7 months and have had problems with both of them. My husband's one keeps freezing. Try something other than HP! relatively new computer. It was only used by me (gently) and remained in my home and yet HP refuse to repair it under warranty, saying it has been physically damaged. The pin is less than 1 mm THIN... built in failure. I would never buy HP again, based on their excellent ability to wriggle out of a warranty. It will cost me close to $200 to get this repaired... and a whole lot of hassle.

Use a cordless mouse as I detest that little touch pad thing. Run Norton 360, Vista with wireless internet - all without flaw. It's my second compaq - the last old girl runs the music in… Read more · 1

Terrible – Will never look at Compaq again because it is my only computer I need something much more reliable because I do not ever want to lose all my files pictures etc and I need to to keep up with my ebay and other sites I use via the net. Very light and looks good Had two major faults in less than a year and lots of minor ones. Took back to Harvey… Read more
Norman and they said if they had to send it back it would take 5 weeks and if it was not a hardware problem it was not covered under warranty.
