Exploding condenser fan – Went well for the first 12 months. Loud BANG and the air con had to be shut down. The condenser fan had disintegrated. Massive effort to get it fixed, no one wanted to know about it. Very poor service for spare parts. The Convare website for spare parts does not even list this model - useless phone No for service - no answer  Show details

Amazing product – This unit is amazing. Cools medium sized room in 5 mins and reasonably quiet. The installation is straight forward. The only drawback is, it don't have heating mode. This review is based on comparing my previous product Dimplex dc10rc which was terrible, couldn't even cool 12 square metres room and was very loud.  Show details
