I am absolutely appalled at the lack of help from this company I tried to put in a warranty claim due to the canopy splitting only after 18 months they didn't want to replace it said they don't supply nz now get a friend to get you one if they are going to auz , really! They still supply nz with other products so what's the problem I don't want a refund as then the frame is useless I just need a new canopy.

Best after sales service – I had a problem with my Gazebo,and although I was not entitled a replacement under warranty I was offered one when no receipt was available and no proof of purchase.Excellant service.
Just fabulous – This is bolted to the decking and withstood the storms on Thursday 29/12/16. Will attach a chain drain to the low corners to direct rain water more directly. Because of the angles the air is circulated and no hot spots. Well and truly worth the $600 at Bunnings, 5 year UV warranty on the sail.
