Two for two! Selling products that are not in stock – Ordered from "the best hobby store in Australia " twice now and both times they have taken money for items they don't have and then take a week to inform and refund maybe time to invest in stock monitoring software or staff that can count

EBay issues – Bought an item off EBay. There was an issue with the eBay purchase. Crazy Hobbies issues refund in minutes after giving them a quick call. Have bought stuff from them in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. Great service guys! Show details

damage caused to the RC. Their communication was poor and staff rude. I was told to call back later because the manager was busy. No effort to take my details and call me back. The account i opened for their online shop was hacked and subject to a data breach where my financial details were compromised! When i left negative feedback on ebay they replied publicly saying i was a liar who was trying to scam them for free stuff! Avoid this company at all costs, pay a few extra bucks to purchase from a reputable seller.

Nitro car tampered with missing parts. In my opinion, think twice before buying from them – I purchased online and received a $850 nitro car from Crazy Hobbies recently, only to find the factory box seal had been opened and tampered with by Crazy Hobbies. missing that made it impossible to drive. Plus we found two other components missing from box. The car just did not look or feel brand new. Our guess is we received a car that had been on display in a shop and or a parts mule truck that had parts robbed from it to repair other ones. Took a further 2 1/2 weeks of back and forth communication to finally receive parts to be able to use the car. The whole time Crazy Hobbies was very rude and stand offish, in their attitude towards us. Never again would I consider buying from Crazy Hobbies. I hope mine and my 12 year old sons grief, saves someone else going through the same disgusting treatment we received.

Worst Customer Service In The World – We purchased a brand new HSP RC car from Crazy Hobbies. The salesman was great on the day, lots of help and information based on our budget. how we managed to use our car for an hour, two batteries I explained. Two staff members tested the car in the shop and deemed a broken steering servo. They then said it will have to be repaired, and you will have to come back next week. I explained this wouldn't be possible and could they fix it now or replace the car as it is less than 24 hours old and not fit for purpose, and used for only one hour. The manager Oscar(?) became rude, aggressive and plain nasty. He told us we would have to deal with his supplier if we wanted the car replaced or refunded as they don't refund or replace as it would cost them money. When I mentioned consumer rights he got very angry and defensive. He had no idea what he was talking about and ranted on about us having to deal with his supplier and not them. They did fix the car in the shop while we waited, but only after standing our ground. If we hadn't they would have fobbed us off and made us return in a week. Shop at your own risk and hope you don't have a problem with the product purchased as they don't care once they have your money. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Plenty of other suppliers in Sydney.

I will go back to Crazy Hobbies – I recently purchased my 1st RC plane, Spectrum transmitter & accessories from Crazy Hobbies. Looking via the web, I found they have the best range of RC planes in Sydney. In store the service was friendly & very helpful. Definitely worth the one hour drive from home, much faster than buying over the internet & no risk of the parcel mysteriously disappearing. A positive experience.

Great Customer Service – Got my 5 year old Boy into RC Monster Trucks and been buying at Crazy Hobbies. As we had quite a few accidents whilst going "crazy" on weekends I had to bring the car for repairs on several occasions. Oscar and his team have been very forthcoming and repairs were undertaken quick and very reasonably priced. Would I have bought online I would not have had this opportunity to get this kind of service. Thank you guys. Highly recommended.

Has been a breeze to ring up Oscar and order parts and ask questions and you get the impression that it’s never a hassle in any of the regards I’ve had for my drones , counting 8 I own now . I took possession of a the new Mavic 2 the other day and was impressed that Crazy Hobbies had this in stock faster than if I ordered it from dji directly after their launch announcement of this drone .

Hobbies were only a phone call away and more than happy to assist with any queries. They helped me buy a servo and motor and receiver, also required onto of the kit purchase. once built I brought the build onto the shop several times and Oscar and Adam helped me slowly upgrade parts and accessories for this and I have to say I am very impressed. From larger wheels to a new body kit to replicate a land cruiser Ute to many small accessories. It has been great fun to build and also great fun to drop back into the place of purchase for many questions answered and great service. A big thumbs up to Oscar and the team. very happy with my axial product of that of an scx10 ii kit. Will be back for many more builds.

Enthusiastic experts – Today I took an old Nitro car to these guys to be tested. They spent half an hour educating me about RC cars and testing the car. In the end, they determined the car engine was dead. They didn't charge me, and didn't try push me into buying a new one from them. Although,they did have a good Nitro package deal available. These guys really know their stuff and are happy help with your RC needs.
