SCAMMERS PARADISE. Avoid at all costs. If you enjoy being love-bombed by thieves, this is the site for you! For everyone else, please, stay away! I have never encountered such a high concentration of scammers in one place. It's as if CUPID actively recruits them. My inbox was flooded with messages from Women particularly Caucasian women from… Read more
the USA, which is first red flag, being the site is Filipino Cupid Reporting them does absolutely nothing. The site is a ghost town of real users and a bustling metropolis of criminals. You're not paying for a "premium" experience; you're paying to be the target in a digital hunting ground. This platform is negligent at best and complicit at worst. Utterly predatory.

That’s where my problem started as they kept deducting funds and soon 8 other similar bogus dating sites also deducting funds including foreign currency charges. Fraudsters, Scam artists and Tricksters – I signed for a 3 day trial and after selecting CONTINUE I found myself with a bill for an additional $24.99 that I had not agreed to. The website is a tricksters paradise. Stay away from these people at all costs.
A total sham – Lots of chat requests from various sites that i did not sign up to,all affiliated with cupid, paid for a 3 day trial and then the chat requests stopped coming, until i cancelled my subscription, started getting loads of chat requests and found out they also took $15 of my credit card the day i cancelled. Do not use this site, I will not be!
Poor service – Cupid.com Online Dating doesn't work! Do not sign up to Cupid.com, they will send you bogus messages from bots, not real people. Then they make you pay to upgrade your free account so you can reply to the automated messages from fictitious people. Cupid.com also have a few other dating sites that are run the same way. Messages from bots to make you pay and reply to them, but no one chats back.
Stay away from Cupid.com – I was lured into a trial for three days for $3.57. Simple enough I thought, cause that was all I wanted. Then I got my credit card statement in which I had been charged and additional $120.00. I didn't even have my photo posted but unbeknown to me I had been automatically elevated to the premium level. This low cost offer is just to get your… Read more
credit card details then they come up with all these charges of which you get no forewarning about. To find out that I was going to get additional charges I would have needed to go through pages and pages of fine print which by the way I wasn’t given the option to do anyway. Then to cancel the payments I just about had to employ an IT contractor. You have to get a cancellation number, which you then have paste on their website, then once they get that number you then have to again contact them to say that you have received their cancellation confirmation. That took me hours because of the confused way it is set up. They operate out of the UK so you have little chance of any recourse. There website is of such low quality the only way they can make money is by deception. These people are just plain common thieves, deceitful low life. Stay away from Cupid.com
they common scamers and website thieves
Avoid Cupid.com at all costs – Logged into Cupid.com from Google. Profile somehow ended up also at Be Naughty and Wild Buddies sites (also run by Cupid plc). Tons of contacts from women anywhere in the world except in my city, usually describing themselves as sex starved or alternatively as lonely God fearing one man homemakers, usually circa 28yo, very attractive women with… Read more
pictures of themselves that show few clothes and look very professionally taken. Most ask me to email them for a private chat and to receive their private photos, always at a yahoo email address. Havent done that step and wont. If I request a mtg via the site message service, they never contact me again. Some days later, a new group contacts me. Totally stringing me along. There may be some genuine female profiles but most are not, some even have logos on the photos as if lifted from other websites. Some profiles have the same photos as eachother. Useless as a dating/meeting site. Avoid at all costs. Difficult to exit (trying). You have been warned. Nice photos Constant requests for my credit card information
