was quite easy to assemble. A key feature of this bike is the 21.5” touch-screen display. In fact, the bike is pretty much useless without it.
The screen worked long enough for me to register it and upload my credit card details for access to the online programs, then stopped working. There are two cables that connect the bike with the screen and one is a USB type. I soon discovered the USB cable would fall out of the slot in the screen at the slightest vibration. There is no obvious ‘click’ when the USB cable is inserted into the slot and the slot is deeply recessed into the screen.
So, I emailed Cyberfit and in response they requested photographs to better understand the problem. No one could argue with that – but it’s what came next that defies understanding.
Given the screen works when connected but stops when the cable falls out and nothing appears to keep the cable connected – it’s fair to say the problem is most likely to be the screen connection. Surely the quickest and easiest solution would be to check if it works with a new screen.
For the record, this bike is of solid construction so it’s not collapsible and weighs a ton (around 52kg’s). In response to the photographs Cyberfit wrote suggesting that I return the bike to them for inspection (… what the!?) or alternatively they would arrange for the bike to be collected, inspected and returned. The author went on to say he would be on annual leave for the next 2 weeks. I’m not sure what that means other than to assume nothing will be done until his return.
If it’s not bad enough that the product is faulty – the fact is I purchased this bike following a terminal cancer diagnosis in an effort to improve my health and fitness. I paid for the bike over 1 month ago and am still unable to use it!
Good power rack – Good quality for a good price. Very sturdy and fairly easy to put together. I would definitely end up buying from here in the future if I ever needed any more equipment.
Equipment – Made a purchase and it took 3 weeks to come. Not really good enough as I also paid $20 for shipping. Won't be buying again.

increase in price because it's a "brand name" equipment, rather than one based on quality. I'm especially pleased with the power-rack, which is as sturdy and strong as the day I bought it 6 years ago, despite it being used frequently in an outside covered patio area.
We drove to the store in Seven Hills, and recieved excellent customer service from the owner. He went out his way to help us and wasn't at all bothered by my plethora of questions.
If I had to nitpick and find something wrong, it'll be the fact the store is located in an industrial area in the middle of nowhere. But I suspect most people would shop online anyway. I got my friend to drive me because I didn't want to pay for shipping. Other than that, I highly recommend Cyberfit to any weight-lifting or fitness enthusiast looking to buy good quality equipment at affordable prices.
