Tastes good and a good alternative if you concern about fat – The milk tastes pretty good, provides all proteins you need but with less fat. It is a good alternative if you want to enjoy the good taste of milk but don't want so much fat.

Good – I love Lite White and choose to drink only this as its lower in fat but still tastes good. Not good for children under 2 years but is now recommended for all children over the age of 2. I've been drinking Lite White for years and still love it. It's lower in fat than regular full cream but still tastes good. Not as watery as skim milk but not as rich and creamy as full fat. Suits tea and coffee as well as being drunk plain. We use this at our preschool as it contains higher calcium levels without the fat content. Expensive but milk is these days.

Good – Dairy Farmers Lite White is a good tasting alternative milk where you want the good old taste of full cream milk without the fat that comes with it and where you get a lower fat alternative without it tasting funny and being all watery and generally unpleasant in comparison to what you would otherwise want to be drinking. I drink this milk all the time and have been drinking it for years and think it is great and always put some in my trolley when I am in the supermarket. It tastes good and its good for you. More expensive than some comparable brands.

Good – Dairy Farmers Lite White milk is a great alternative for those who enjoy drinking milk but are concerned about the fat content present in full cream milk. I find that Lite White is pleasant to drink and without the wateriness that you would get with skim milk. Although Lite White is more expensive than other comparable products on the market, it is still a good product and worth a try if you are looking for a low fat milk. Healthier than full cream milk. Still tastes a bit creamy which is good if you think skim milk is too watery. More expensive than other equivalent products on the market
