Helped me loose weight :) – About a year ago I started my journey to loose weight. As everyone knows, results are made in the kitchen! As soon as I saw Flavorstone fry pans on TV I had to try them as I was really committed to shred some pounds once and for all. They non-stick coating is unreal and cooking without oil or fats just help me so much keep on track with my diet! … Read more
I called the Customer Care Team once to ask a few questions and they were really helpful!
I'm very happy with my over all experience.
Works well as stated – I had these pans for around 3yrs or so. The pans had a good non stick quality, was amazed at the stuff that didn’t stick. After time I found them to become less non stick but still better than other pans I used. Also over time they started to go brown which was unable to be cleaned, but still highly recommend. Only other down fall is some of the… Read more · 1
pans are a lot bigger than the burner on my stove, so the outside of the pan wouldn’t get as hot as it has no contact with the element. I brought a new set and continue to love them
Great for a few years and now everything sticks to the pan. Almost unusable – Handles don't get hot but are heavy, especially with food in pan. Definitely not non stick after years of use, cleaned as per instructed. Very disappointed in quality. I will not purchase again Show details

Waste of money – Not even non stick after a few months. Cannot even fry a simple egg without most of the egg sticking to the frypan. Hard to clean. Simple frypans have lasted longer than this. Show details

Worst cookware and customer service ever – I purchased this same set from Harris Scarfe and I'm extremely disappointed in it. I have followed instructions when I first purchased it. I have had this now for couple of years already have had frypan replaced once by Harris Scarfe they gave me the third degree which as a buyer and spent a lot of money on this I would expect much better customer… Read more
service not to be treated in bad way as if I abused my frypan which I have not done I respect my belongings that I purchase as I want them to last forever so I dont have to fork out more money. I was taught to respect my belongings while growing up unlike this generation that don't give a damn. I dont know where my original receipt is to take it back but when I had bad experience with Harris Scarfe over replacement I do not feel confident in returning this product back to their store just to be treated badly again. I shouldve just kept taking it back but what is the point due to bad experience by Harris Scarfe staff I mainly use frypan for cooking eggs and meat it was great for the first 6mths then it started to discolour. I have never set stove on high it's always been set on low to medium cooking and now I always have to use oil to cook in which has most likely changed discolour to black burnt looking. I purchased this for main reason not to use oil during cooking.
I use the deep pot for cooking pasta and rice, chicken meals it hasnt discoloured on me. Awesome I found receipt through my bank statement this set cost me $129.95 Mon 2nd November 2015 is purchase date and this is the only expensive purchase I have made from this store.

I wrote a 1 star review 3 years ago but have had a lot more experience since then – Since last review I have gone through 3 non stick fry pans including an expensive Woll. None were as awesomely nonstick as this one. All the rest required oils, the Woll lasted the longest, but was the least non stick, and by far the most expensive. The oils formed a film that could not be removed over time, despite careful washing every time in… Read more · 1
very hot water and detergent. All lost their non stick after about a year or so. So now I have bought another Flavorstone. I am being paranoid about not getting it overly hot. It is not a good searing or high temp pan, but for oil less or low oil cooking it is unsurpassed. It is the only one that can be just wiped out with kitchen paper. I don't think any non stick pan is for life, but you can buy several of these for the price of the top brand pans which are nowhere near as non stick. For my requirements, if I have to get a new one every year or so, it isn't expensive cooking as I use it every day. Burning low flash point oil isn't the problem as it does not stick. It is high temp that ruins the coating. If you are burning Olive Oil, you have the pan too hot. The lid is great and I used it on all my other pans.
No problems so far, works as advertised – At first a 32cm frypan with glass lid from Danoz shop in Jesmond. Washed and cured with Canola oil. We were advised to NEVER use spray oils as they contain sugar (which burns). We never use olive because it turns into a transfat at lower temperatures. We only use Macadamia oil. I only rinse the frypan after it is cool in hot water and a brush,… Read more · 1
then lightly re-oil (cure it again) all at lowest heat. Baked veges (potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potato) are perfect with are smear of of oil in the pan and lowest heat. Only problem is our 60cm gas stove is too small.
Wife is addicted to chicken schnitzel so we bought a 24cm deep pan. Same maintenance as the 32cm pan. Cooks perfectly. No burning chicken is browned and crusty.
When the Danoz rep told her no spray oil she finally listened ... I have been harping for 23 years. Nothing requires high heat.
We are now looking for a 24cm casserole, but Danoz shop has been out of stock for months.
- I would guess that sugar is a no-no when frying, whether dry or in oil
Sorry to read so many people are having problems

Great for several years, but now, useless – Fine for several years...LOVED them, until 18 months ago, the lid jumped off the pot, mid cook, (my back was turned and the noise of it clattering onto the stove top frightened the life out of me) and it wouldn't "fit" back on...The pot had warped! I continued to use it (with a "universal" oversized lid) until the last couple of weeks when… Read more · 1
literally EVERYTHING began to stick to both the pot and the frypan. Now, they are a nightmare, and I haven't done anything differently than I did for the past five or six years...I bought the 2 fry pan and one pot set in 2015 I believe. SO sad. After reading other reviews, it does seem to me, that once the interior base turns black, (or really, really dark blue) it is the end of their useful life...so, six years ISN'T ten years, (with about 4 years before the pot warped)...and THAT shouldn't have happened....
Replaced all of my cookware with Flavorstone – I have a bunch of Flavorstone cookware and love it to death. From infusion grill to pans and square pans. Chucked all my Scanpans that cost me a lot more money. Currently looking to replace Scanpan saucepans. Sure all underneath bases get darkened but which cookware does not? I have not even followed instructions but works great for me. Show details
very good as described – great product still in good condition 8 yrs later. removable handle on deep dish pan is awesome to use in grill or oven. I didn't notice any excessive heat in handles or lids, easy for me to use They sent 1 wrong colour pan and 1 pan was dented, they replaced both quickly The accessories that came with them kitchen utensils, knives, oven trays, are still great as well. Worst pans I’ve ever bought – I bought the Dion and limited addition pans a year ago, all pans are unusable due to all good now sticks to the pans, the advertising of pans say that they heat up the whole base but they don’t just the centre that has now caused all the pans to burn the food Show details

Lasted for an year – The pans were good for about an year, after that the non stick kept wearing off and now its just like any other set. Without oil, we cant use these any more. The pans looks rusty now and doesnt look blue on the inside. Its a big mistake. My stainless steel pans are much better than these. Show details

pans now BLACK – I normally love Flavorstone BUT the smaller pans have turned black and were only none stick for a few months. The handle/knob on my large pan lid broke I have had swap the handle/knob with another lid so I can use it. I want to buy the new Diamond pans but I am concerned. Show details
It was ok for around 3 months then lost the none stick I would not buy any flavour stone item again – Average weight but I have a stainless steel set of pots and pans would put them against these any day I've had these for 41 years so I think I wouldn't go and buy something would last me 3 months again I would be so silly if I did. I have no trouble with my flavorstone pans whatsoever – I have owned my flavorstone for over 5 years and love them, no sticking, easy to clean, use them every day, and have updated with a flavorstone infusion grill. Why some users are having trouble beats me, follow the instructions correctly and there should be no trouble. Show details
Complete Rubbish invest in Tefal or Similar – Biggest waste of money ever. Followed all instructions to the letter but alas after 3 uses food sticks and the idea of cooking an egg without any oil butter is a big myth. Save your money and invest it in a reputable brand. My tefal that I have had for 15 years is back and flavourstone is in the bin! Show details
Worst frypans and customer service ever!!! – Worst product ever bought. Lasted 3 months at most. Most expensive frypans ever bought. When I rang and complained I was told to clean it with bicarb soda which I did, two or three time. Without even seeing the product your customer service people told me that I had abused it. I have to laugh at that. I have the same saucepans that I got when my… Read more

Waste of money – Both the deep pan and shallow pan have been replaced twice since June 2013. We are in the process of having the shallow pan replaced right again and the deep pan will need replacing again by Christmas I'm sure! Great to use for the first few months then they start to blacken and loose their none stick properties very quickly. We were given a ten year warranty and the product only lasts a year or so..!!! Good Product for basic cooking – Flavorstone is a good product for basic cooking. Recently purchased the 4 piece set, used it once. Good points: its lighter than the usual stone pans. Bad: will go black if washed in dishwasher. Has to be hand washed. I am happy with the sizes, pan can be used for multipurpose. Show details

I purchased them so I can fry things but it get rusty. I bought it with 10 years guaranty. It still have 4 years guaranty. They gave me a fake invoice. operator error – Bought my Flavorstone a year ago now- absolutely brilliant product! Been reading a lot of negative reviews about Flavorstone. great non-stick pan to cook with.
So come on people- follow the simple instructions- and ONLY cook on low heat-it still browns steaks, chicken,
etc. and you too will be thrilled with a very good product. Thank-you Danoz,
Worst pans ever – I received the Masterchef 4 pce set for a gift and they are the worst pans I have ever used. The frypans started to turn black after a couple of weeks and stopped being non stick. After about 4 months the handle broke off the larger frypan. When you consider the price it is better to buy cheap non stick pans from the Supermarket as they last longer. Show details

anything to better, I still spray a little oil for flavour but a very minimal amount, it wont hurt, coconut oil adds a bit of yummy flavour especially when cooking eggs? But when cooking meat & veg all you need to add is herbs & spices :) my choice of cook ware unless i'm having a bbq, having said that they cook a mean steak :)
Very unhappy – I received my set 2 days ago. They say no cooking oil. I tried my frypan this morning for eggs and put no oil. They stuck so bad I had to scrape the eggs in the garbage and wash it, put oil in then the new eggs cooked fine. Healthier way of eating BS. Not a happy customer at all and I well spread the word around not to buy this product Show details
