Great laptop, can feel a bit flimsy but is robust and reliable – A good laptop that is capable of running most office/productivity programs, and some basic games. Its fairly light, and whilst some of the metalwork feels a bit thin and mobile, i'm not particularly careful with my laptop and it has survived for nearly a year. The fold-back screen feature is nice, but in hindsight i rarely use it, despite previously having a MS Surface Book where i removed the screen and used it as a tablet regularly.
The touch screen is good and responsive, battery life is good, and it charges via 2x USB C and has a HDMI and USB2.0 port. I find the connection to my bluetooth mouse fine, but my bluetooth earphones sometimes dont work well, but thats probably the earphones.
I regularly conduct zoom meetings on this device, run multiple uni assignments and work emails, documents, have 20+ tabs open on google chrome, and all no issues.
Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi for $1,350.
Fantastic laptop – Had this laptop for about 4 years. Great screen, fast laptop, very light and portable. This is the 3rd Inspiron I have had in a row. Only complaint is grey keyboard on grey laptop with smallish grey keys makes keys hard to read in subdued light. Original battery lasted 3.5 years with use for at least a couple of hours every day, and non-genuine replacement battery works well and quite cheap.
