Excellent – well i'll say dell standards isn't meeting to expectations as it use to and will surgest they go back to the drawing board and work on the defects the have started letting themselves have brand new from the dell world of computers.note that to my best of knowledge dell has not in any way been disappointing in the production of computer systems and… Read more

laptops.the screen is large enough, sound is impressively loud anf the design is beautiful not only to look at but display well to me the price is kind of on the high side and if the complaints coming in by the review keeps up this way i'll say dell problem just started and the could either reduce the price for purchase or they should review what they have made and make amendments for their ever faithful customers

Good – Overall as per my experience its worth having a machine if you wanna have quality but its not for people who wanna do simple work like office work, surfing and chatting. It is for gaming professinals or for people who do lot professional designing and graphics work. Its a wonderful machine Dell XPS M2010. I have had it for my gaming intentions and… Read more

my love for games like Counter Strike, Hitman Run Money & World of WarCraft. It is an absolute sense of gaming machine and will give you a wonderful gaming experience if u r a gaming expert or game freak. Yes it is quite expensive though but worth it if u wanna have a quality product for gaming. Best part is a 20.1 inch screen which gives u a amazing feeling when u r playing games and ofcourse things like video card and inbuilt sound technology also supports it really good. I have read some reviews about this machine by users who are facing some problems with it and its quite bad to know that after paying so much money u expect great service specially for a product like this and incase if that does not happens it can be quite frustrating. However i am lucky enough to have it without any problems as such.

Terrible – Took Dell 6 months to act on a faulty hard-drive (faulty from manufacture). Finally got serviced and replaced. Lost 6 months on the warranty for a top of the line laptop that had not worked from week 1! Being tossed from call centre to call centre speaking to a total of no less than 7 different consultants in just 1 of the many calls I had to make… Read more

which took 95 minutes and required a repeat explanation for each new consultant! Once you have bought the product Dell has little to no interest in providing any further customer service. Great if the manufacturing were reliable. Even better if manufacturing and service were reliable. After sales service is the worst! Try calling Dell's service centre in India. Then get transferred to Malaysia and then back to India! NIGHTMARE!
