Find another toaster!! – I’ve now bought 2 of these toasters and neither have been very good. Worst part about them is that they don’t cook toast evenly on both sides. You have to flip the outside of the toast to the inside to cook it properly. Also, it burns on the lowest number. You might get a nice toast the first time but the next time it burns. Horrible product!! If you pay retail on this ($179 - outrageous) you are mad.
