This is the best toaster we've had in years. It toasts evenly on both sides, has easy to use controls and the crumb trays are neatly placed at the back.
Useless, didn't get to first base – Straight out of the box, two slots worked ok but the other two consistently burned one side of the bread and under-toasted the other. I returned it to the retailer for a refund. The helpful guy confessed it was the second one returned that day for the same reason. I'm not sure why modern toasters are the size of microwaves and cost a fortune, but can't perform their basic function! Save your money on this one.

Buyer Beware – I bought the Delonghi Tokyo Red 4 slice toaster. Looks great but unfortunately, it toasts one side only unless you are toasting one piece at a time. Not the point for a 4 slice toaster. Toasting unevenly wasn't the mean issue - after 1 year 10 months the lever kept popping up. A repair man said it cannot be fixed. I shouldn't have to replace a toaster within 2 years.

Worst Toaster I have EVER Used! – This is a completely useless toaster. You can leave the setting the same, using the same bread and one time it will be burnt to a crisp and the next time it's not cooked! Also, it often only cooks in patches so you have burnt parts and untoasted parts on the same slice. My daughter has begged me to throw this toaster in the bin and buy another and I have decided, after setting the fire alarm off AGAIN today, to do just that. Considering this was not a cheap toaster, I am extremely disappointed and I feel totally ripped off!
