Can confirm the other reviewer's experience. No Window Kit, despite being described as having one. I bought one from Costco when a wallmount R/C split system aircon failed over the NYE period. Having to fart around fabricating my own window kit is not something I expected from a unit costing nearly $600 It does cool reasonably effectively compared to other units in this category.

I am very disappointed with my experience using the De’Longhi portable air conditioner, Model PAC ES72 Classic. The unit was unusable from the day of purchase because a critical component — the window bracket — was missing. This part is essential to connect the exhaust hose to the window and vent hot air outside. Without the window bracket, the window remains open, hot air enters the room, and cool air escapes, making the air conditioner ineffective.
Despite contacting both the supplier and De’Longhi customer support multiple times and providing clear photos and explanations, I was eventually informed that the window bracket is not available for this model. This is extremely concerning, as a portable air conditioner should not be sold without all required operating components.
Additionally, the product manual does not clearly explain certain features, such as rear access points for drainage, which adds to the confusion.
Overall, this product caused significant inconvenience during peak summer heat, especially for my family and child. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this model.
