only client. Always returned my calls, emails, continuously educated me on the demolition process, the building journey and all its potential pitfalls.

Throughout the whole process, he went above and beyond on so many occasions: - Offered to pick up fences required for my build (completely unrelated to the demolition) and deliver to my house, because he has “trucks and men who can do it”. At no cost to me. - During the demo sale, personally came by to pick up the hot water unit that I was selling and delivered it to the buyer. Doing this purely as goodwill, no $$$ earned for his time and effort. - During demolition, kindly removed my back fence even though it was not part of the quotation scope, at no extra cost. - Despite the quote including potential additional charges (eg. hidden asbestos behind bricks), Daniel did not use this as an opportunity to take advantage. No additional charges, no variations; the job cost exactly as quoted. Nothing but transparency and integrity for the work done.

Almost 1yr later from our first conversation, Demolition One completed the work today to the highest standard. It was exactly as he promised, which was “to hand you perfection”.

And above all this, he is just simply a great guy.

I’ve had a lot of setbacks with my build already, so it’s such a relief to come across suppliers who run their business the way Daniel does.

Attention to detail – Made my site a memory and left it like carpet. They even put the bins out on bin night during the week they were working.

Excellent demolition by Daniel & the team – I’d like to give a shout out to Daniel from Demolition One. His team recently cleared our site for a KDRB on Sydney’s lower north shore. It was not the easiest of sites with a solid house and pool on a sloping block. The team did an excellent job along with a “Clarendon Site Acceptance Guarantee”. the company, is a great guy who was the only person from all the demo companies I spoke to who went above and beyond to educate me on the process and potential pitfalls. He shared exactly what my builder will expect in detail as I have a pool and some trees remaining.

Here's a list of the issues they ran into along the way: Before the demo: - Demo date changes at short notice due to approvals not being done in time or a rental not being secured. Not once did they complain about this. - Start date with about 2 weeks notice

During the demo: - Driveway was too steep to get trucks out. They helped build a temporary driveway which was still very difficult to navigate - The driveway meant they could only get much smaller trucks in and this blew out the timeframe from 1 to 3 weeks - Smaller trucks meant they had to use the transfer facility which double handles the loads and costs more - Asbestos found under the house - Some sort of septic tank was found under the house - Soil was like a sponge and they couldn't track roll it so they spent a lot of time levelling it out with the excavator

I wanted a bit more levelling of the back which was blocked by a tree and they took time out today to finish that off and this was after I had paid them the final invoice.

Ive had a lot of setbacks with my build and its such a relief to have someone you can fully trust to do the right thing by their client.
